Awesome tool to get new prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Clear data and you can use it quickly and download the cvs of them to enter in salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
limited number of credits and every time i use the chrome extension and click away it disappears
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
prospecting new people in order to reach out to them. It helps me find people almost instantly and also supplies clean data for me.

Errors are in the reporting, it is hard to tell how many people on the created reports are on another created report so I dont know if I'm buying the same leads twice

ZoomInfo Helps So Much

What do you like best about the product?
I love zoom info. it helps a lot when i need to know the org updates of a company or need a contact's email/phone number. There's been many times where a lead will enter a wrong contact info and ZoomInfo helps me to retrieve the correct contact info. Makes prospecting a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most times it is accurate. There has been very few times where there is no info on the account i need but overall great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again this is helping me go above and beyond and finding key contacts in an organization that i need to go after. There's been many times where a lead will enter a wrong contact info and ZoomInfo helps me to retrieve the correct contact info. Makes prospecting a lot easier. So the problems being solved are finding right contacts to go after, the correct contact info, and the ability to help you source throughout a company and know who's involved in what function of the organization. I personally use it for HR and it helps me find the right HR contacts as well as the right people in Talent Acquisition to go after. From there it is not difficult to get the leads and contacts into salesforce. Once they are there I can prospect and go after the leads. So overall from a prospecting side it helps a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ask for help/tutorial if you feel like youre not getting the most of it

What do you like best about the product?
When we initially started an outbound team - prospecting was long, tedious, and rarely effective. Zoom Info lets you look up direct numbers and emails as well as find accounts based on your targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say about 50% of them time Zoom says there's a direct line... it actually isn't direct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find prospects, accounts, and information instantly. ROI comes with time and being able to target quality leads
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely get at least one license for your sales team - worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
Disco Org enables me to do my job quickly and more effectively
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times when using the software the people I am trying to reach out to don't work there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
um I don't think I am solving anything ... Basically it just enables me to be a better adm
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Open access to additional departments. I use HR and it would nice to have ops

Great SDR Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love the salesforce integration that allows SDR to prospect into specific accounts without leaving the page. I can even grab onto the contact information for multiple people and import them simultaneously to save even more time. I also love that I can use zoom info in a separate tab to do broad searches across their database. Zoom Info is a must have for sales organizations
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is a little hit or miss, which will be the case with anything really. The way they make up for it though is letting the user know how recent the data that they are pulling is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we solve is finding the perfect contacts for our SDR team

Good program, one small caveat

What do you like best about the product?
The program is easy to use... You can schedule lists to be built, you have access to tons of data, tons of filters (Especially in Zoominfo 2.0). You can toggle between Zoominfo 1.0 and 2.0... Our account manager is always there for us, I can call him at 3:00 am and I bet he'll answer. So great customer service... No significant complaints
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing ZoomInfo needs to update. When you build a list, you can filter by industry and sub categories within those industries. So lets say your main filter is software industry. Then within software you choose healthcare and finance... You'll get a list that supposedly has a bunch of healthcare and financial software companies. That's all good. BUT when you download the csv file, there is no column that specifies the sub category of the industry you chose. It will only show Software. This becomes a problem when we are uploading the list into other programs like Act On and we want to know what industry each company belongs to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a lot of leads, prospects

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make advance searches on leads and prospects easily. Their database is always current and full of people too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they dont have all the contact info i.e phone or emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me find the right point of contacts within organizations and its the primary tool I use

Instead of spending hours scouring the internet for prospects' names and numbers, you get all their info on one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is pulled from your email signature with or without the third party's knowledge

Spending hours looking for phone numbers and emails

Absolutely 100% a great investment for those looking to expand their footprint in the market

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of companies and contacts are phenomenal. Accuracy is best there is. This tool is absolutely critical in my sales role.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing so far that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time researching companies to go after as well as the right contacts, plus their contact information, has been drastically reduced. Everything is presented in a quick clear format within DiscoverOrg. I am able to book more meetings in less time because of it.

Best Market Research and Business Generation Platform

What do you like best about the product?
The advanced search functionality that allows me to quickly and easily qualify and disqualify prospects and targeted companies based on certain criteria is a tremendous time saver for me. Being able to surgically select criteria important to me and my company, allows me and my sales team to focus our efforts to generate the most revenue in the short amount of time.

Additionally, the ability to set or select multiple criteria at the same time such as geographical location(s), revenue levels, employee count, technologies, industry or industry subset, etc, etc. allows our marketing and business development teams to identify additional opportunities or prospects that typically would not meet our target profile company.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, the website does not have the most current contact information or technology systems used by the client on file. This requires my colleagues and I to have to call around the company and do some additional leg work to obtain the information we need.

Also, the system does not like it when you use the back arrow bottom when conducting a search or drilling down into a company's org chart. When you do this, rather than take to back to the previous or last screen you just saw, it returns you to the original search screen for that company or organization so you have to begin your "drill down" into the org chart all over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to quickly discern which companies to target and with whom to speak at those companies. Also, it has allowed us to learn in-advance when companies, with whom we do not have an established relationship, are undertaking a strategic initiative where our services and capabilities may be an excellent match and by having that advanced notice we are better prepared to engage that client at an optimal time which greatly increases our chances of winning the work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well worth the money invested to get you into the c-level contacts you want to meet as well as get you in front of the senior managers and directors that will make warm introductions for you to the c-suite.

Also, if you are uncertain if you are targeting the right market or right type companies, this software will help you eliminate that uncertainty and provide you with a wealth of knowledge and information that would take you months to collect and analyze on your own.
