Great for outbound sales reach!
What do you like best about the product?
All of the features that come with the platform. You can really drill down on exactly who you need to get in touch with!
What do you dislike about the product?
We do have a hard time finding companies with contacts filled in them that aren't big name companies. You can request DiscoverOrg to find out, however, but it's not very convenient when you need it right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our outbound sales reach is much more attainable for our sales reps now.

IT CLEARLY ASSIST IN GETTING CONTACTS OF COMPANIES AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS

we cant search using email,,we only use titles and company names while researching and searching contacts

Scrubbing contacts..names and tittles of potential customers.The benefits include:efficiency and resource utilization.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to look up a contact and what they're posting about on Social Media. It cuts down on digging around for information and the accuracy of the data is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think ZI could improve their UI. It looks a bit outdated and a few fixes could modernize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that are being solved are speeding up finding contact information. It's been such a time saver and allows you to look it up and save right in Salesforce which eliminates a lot of the manual data entry that just about everyone hates doing.

Use the social data to see what people are posting about on social networks and incorporate that into your outreach emails.

Zoominfo has really helped us in searching for company revenues, contacts and tittles in a fast and reliable way

I wish they could have an option for searching individual email addresses.

Getting contacts and our competitors revenues has never been this easy

It sometimes has wrong information and it would be nice to be notified the outcome when you update information.

The ability to easily find direct contacts and filter searches for multiple companies at one point. Also, easy to use when exporting data

There isn't much to dislike, the only thing that would be better is to break down subsidiaries under top parent companies

I am solving the tedious work of having to gain referrals and obtain direct phone numbers manually. It saves a lot of time for more strategic operations. Also, saves time building org charts and figuring out responsibility matrix

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using discoverorg due to the fact of being able to locate triggers and opp alerts. This allows me to be able to build my pipeline. I also enjoy using the opportunity alerts-- this allows me to have insight into the company prior to picking up the phone.
Having accurate information is key to a role in marketing. With their data being accurate I am able to have more successful conversations.

I wish we were able to have more HR contact and the LOB

Everyday I log into my discover org account and see the top highlighted updates for my target accounts. Can it get any easier than that? I think not!

What do you like best about the product?
Using Tellwise to send out timely emails that have higher open rates allow me to be the most efficient with my day and attend to other activities that need my attention. I'm more productive and effective because of this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I notice is I can't really rely on the accuracy of when it notifies me that someone has opened my email because it seems to be if they just open their email account as a whole or some other instances that are alerting that they actually opened my email when it seems to be that they're not.

I can more strategically prospect because I am able to see the responses and activity .
