Great time saver
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce plugin is great. Makes building account lists very simple and efficient. Legitimately cannot imagine not having Zoominfo in my daily life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface certainly looks clunky and can be a bit difficult to use at times. Can take a few months in a prospect's role before they get them in their system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving significant time and makes prospecting much easier once you can get into a groove.
Great tool for listbuilding.
What do you like best about the product?
They do a great job of continuously making updates to company and contact info. I like that you can put in a request for contacts that are not already in the system. I especially like the subscribe to triggers function when you build out a list so that you can get notifications whenever there's an update or trigger associated.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're not always able to provide direct numbers for the contacts and integrations with other tools could be improved upon (ex: Salesforce, outreach integration)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using DiscoverOrg for prospecting info. I've gotten great intel about a company or contact that helps with cold prospecting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a walkthrough session of all the functions you can perform with DiscoverOrg. Try building a sample list.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Discover Org allows you to make a targeting marketing list without the hassle of a slow CRM

I wish a license included everything instead of the current tiered structure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm making my marketing lists more efficiently and am able to realize who belongs to each role.
Zoominfo for the win
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo keeps up to date on contacts and can look at the dates to verify the person I still with the company by dates and being connected on LinkedIn
What do you dislike about the product?
That some old contacts with old dates are not removed and when trying to look quickly for a person it might not be accurate. And when you reach out they are no longer with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting correct contacts within the business and grabbing emails and phone numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend it and if I switched companies I would ask for this service if they did not provide it already.
Great research tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that if you dont find what you are looking for, you can ask for a new research to their team, they have real people doing all the research

It is kind of expensive, but I wont say it is a dislike, I understand the price

It is very easy to use, great support and customer service. Great leads and verified data
Importing Leads/Contacts to Avoid Copying/Pasting!
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg allows you to import leads and contacts into your Salesforce so your AEs/SDRs do not have to export and import into Salesforce. At the touch of a button in DiscoverOrg, it will create a record for you while adhering to any Salesforce securities/workflows you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few missing data points which we have to find from another source. This is understandable as there isn't a tool out there that can provide solution to all and every requirement we may have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less admin time for our users. Cleaner data. De-duping of records.
Time-saving software & fantastic staff
What do you like best about the product?
Software is helpful, easy to use, and intelligent. The CEO, Yonatan, is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact information is frequently very accurate, but not 100%, although that accuracy expectation may be unattainable. Very satisfied.

Quick retrieval of business contact information. Can effortlessly find and contact correct individuals.
Incredible Sales and Recruiting contact tool
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of direct dial numbers and email addresses available in the database and the fact that it is updated daily with new contacts. Also, the reach out plugin for LinkedIN turns LI into a fully functioning applicant tracking system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I dislike....but if I had to complain, it would be about filtering by industry. I would like more industry options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use tools like ZoomInfo as a supplement to our prospecting, but we are now using it as our main tool for prospecting. We are also using to update old information that we have in our database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a must have for sales professionals. Every time i look up a prospective company, there are many contacts listed under that company, many of which are direct dial.

When you place an inquiry, sales teams can come at you hard.

I have only realized benefits of DiscoverOrg! I have access to information and contacts that no other service can provide!
DiscoverOrg is the answer
What do you like best about the product?
While most applications provide "miles wide" information we have found that DiscoverOrg is the only application that provides miles deep, accurate, content. I've implemented DiscoverOrg at 4 organizations now - it is the most commonly requested application by my enterprise sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only battle I have had to fight internally over DiscoverOrg is the cost. Once I have the opportunity to provide a features/benefits review to my Finance team the argument has been quickly won. In one particular case our CFO was dead set against the expense of the item until we took him through a searche for himself. He was astonished with the accuracy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise decision-making C level contacts and direct reports. We find that we are able to get to the right person far more quickly with DiscoverOrg. My sales team has the confidence that the information provided is accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your comparison homework. I have found that many think that a less expensive solution is the answer. DiscoverOrg is worth every penny we've ever spent on it. Again, it is the most commonly requested application that I have gotten from my sales teams who do not have it but know the value.
