Great to find name, title, email and contact info on companies they have mapped out.

When searching by geography for contacts at companies, I can't filter by department.

I was doing a few events in other cities and was able to find targets to invite. They attended and it opened doors!

Exceptionally Useful Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is worth it's figurative weight in gold. One of the challenges in commercial recruitment is reaching decision makers directly. The wealth of information that Zoominfo provides in order to map out organizations that could be potential clients is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really there is nothing I dislike about Zoominfo, it has had an immediate positive impact on my team and I's business development results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client mapping, contact information and business development success.

ZoomInfo is exceptional, I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone looking to increase the success rate of cold calling within any industry. Knowledge is power.

What do you like best about the product?
-Simplified and easy method to get contacts of people in different companies across the world.
-Allows users to identify the number of employees in an organization, the revenue cap, and the year the company has been in existence. This allows users to create company profiles for the purposes of lead research.

What do you dislike about the product?
-Some companies have not subscribed to the services hence not all the contacts are found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting customers has been simplified because you can specifically profile a company through industry, number of clients or the revenue cap. This feature helps companies to identify potential clients and also potential customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
- Sometimes it is not possible to get some contacts. If the search parameters can widen to capture words or character stings that may not necessarily have a 1:1 match to something like 80% match, it may help to get those contacts that companies may have given another name.

The coverage of people in the database is extensive, and much, much more complete than other providers in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to wait to call a salesperson to add "credits". Can't they just add credit card payments?

I love the ease of use of the website and the quick linkedin shortcuts.

The user interface could be a little more smooth and less cumbersome.

The sales team really struggled with finding the right decision makers at companies. ZoomInfo has provided our sales reps with the right contacts as well as accurate and up to date contact information.

I don't have any spicific dsilikes other than sometimes it does not have the most current info.

Take advantage of all of the extra features.
Zoom info is incredible
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the best is the accuracy of information. When it gives you a direct line phone number there is about an 85% chance that it's a correct number.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here other than the price is a little on the high side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo completely solved my problem of running out of leads.

This is an incredible piece of software if used with a disciplined prospecting regimen it will undoubtedly increase your sales.
Great Investment
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can find in a minutes what used to take hours. I like that we are able to have sales managers self-serve for contact information. I like that we can renew stalled leads with fresh contacts. I like that we can enrich tradeshow contacts and database contacts. I like that the data quality is great. I like that we can talk with people immediately; unlike with LinkedIn when we had to wait for Inmails. Most of all, I like that we have made $1M on this investment, nine months in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data outside North America does not seem to be as strong. We love this product here but have not been able to use it abroad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data enrich. We are also able to have quicker phone calls with prospects because we can simply copy and paste data from ZoomInfo after verifying it; rather than asking for it and possibly having errors. Another key benefit is we are able to standardize the data.
