Great sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
Searching by company, title, contact to get an email, phone number, etc. is phenomenal! It adds probably 25% to my yearly sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much at all. If they could find a way to find every person who has a job and title, that would be better :)

Finding contacts and emails

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce was simple and straightforward. Often the more our users work in the CRM the more data degrades. With the "update all" button, it is an easy way for users to augment and enrich data accurately and easily. Manual entry of critical account and contact details (with its inherent mistakes and variable entry formats) are dealt a death blow!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our users tell me that they have to keep re logging in to Zoom Info within Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces manual research time and leverages the data across our entire organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to train users ......and make sure they don't share login details. If you're going to do it, do it right and don't limit the user. with low credit caps.

What do you like best about the product?
The access to millions of records that are accurate and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have ran into some mapping problems when integrating lists into our Salesforce org. These problems are not huge problems anyways, and we can still keep our accounts and contacts up to date and enriched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are enriching existing accounts and this has been extremely beneficial for us as the information that Zoom Info provides us is accurate, up to date, and updated 27/7.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has an easy UX, fair pricing and communicative team. I find that they are the top player in the industry for what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer a slightly newer design on actually downloading the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating new leads that eventually means new business. That's the biggest benefit, and matched with a strong cold/warm cadence with email and phone calls it enabled our BD team to succeed.

It's a critical part of your stack - don't wait another minute.

What do you like best about the product?
Quality of contact information is fantastic. Direct numbers in particular is my favorite feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Target searches sometimes include folks away from local address even when specifically asking it not to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct contact information for targeted prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, depth of info, user interface is very good, data enhance feature was excellent, great and timely support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I ask for a phone or email address and it cannot be provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us contact prospects we might otherwise not reach because they don't give us the info. It also makes building account lists very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be mindful when choosing how many data credits you purchase - they run out fast!
