Great intent Signals
What do you like best about the product?
The intent signals about the accounts and the industry news and trends it provides are very useful and come in handy. the whole tool is simple and easy to use and the integrations with another tool. I use it every day to make my work simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it provides more phone numbers and emails, it's hard to hit the right one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves me better in terms of providing the buyer intent signals and helps me to enrich the lead data and contact details.

Features and functionality of ZoomInfo SalesOS are amazing. Easier to adapt and market research is faster. Especially love the intent score.

Only downfall is the customer support. It's bit tricky to get in touch with customer support if we need anything.

It was hard for us to scrap the spam leads before Zoominfo and now with their database it has become a lot easier to get the right contact information.

The ZoomInfo Copilot is an incredibly valuable tool for meeting preparation. It quickly delivers essential company information, including recent growth, funding details, and their potential need for the SaaS we offer. It's truly helpful and a major time-saver, ensuring I'm always well-prepared for calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Precision of Contact Data: While generally helpful, the accuracy and completeness of primary phone numbers and email addresses could be further improved. More precise data would reduce bounce rates and increase direct connection success.
Consistency of Feature Availability: The occasional instances where ZoomInfo Copilot is disabled for specific companies hinder its utility. Ensuring consistent functionality across all company profiles would provide a more reliable and seamless experience.

Helpful to drive the ABM campaign, in terms of providing intent signals for the named accounts. Also it make the life easy when i want to extract contact information. The google plugin is well embedded in the linkedin Page and across any website.

User experience and load of features. Has a good future with these two strengths.

Enterprise needs are often met by multiple discrete products. There is a need for single solution that does it all.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has been very helpful for prospecting. The advanced search feature is very detailed and helps break down companies. My favourite functionality is the tracker that helps me track my POCs when they switch jobs so I can prospect for the respective companies; it also helps with referrals. I use it on a daily basis and it has helped greatly with prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of contacts/accurate info present for developing regions like APAC countries. Sometimes, the information provided seems to be outdated.

Outreach effort. Some good products fail to take off because of lack of proper marketing and customer industry outreaches. Nice feature rich product.

Lack of awareness among wider audience. Adoption might be an uphill journey.

Best tool for insights and lead generation for prospective customers
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfor SalesOS helps us identify prospective target customers for our Salesforce team, helping us in the targeting process in the pharma domain. It also helps us create our customer universe and provides features like interaction intelligence that help analyze interaction data from our CRM tool. It can easily be integrated into our native email tool which is very handy and easy to use for our sales reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
More availability of Pharma data for US and Ex-US markets, which could help us build an even more extensive customer universe of doctors and hospitals which can help us for Pharma domain processes like Sales Force call planning, Targeting, customer segmentation, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales OS solves my biggest problem by providing interaction monitoring and interaction intelligence which helps me identify my prospective customers, especially the key contacts and the bottom line. The easy CRM integration also comes in very handy.
