Excellent for finding contact information

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoominfo every day, and it has been the best to find contact information when no other means can.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building lists and integrating with other systems seems more time consuming than it is worth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rarely do I struggle finding an accurate phone number and email for prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that ZoomInfo stays up to date with their information and how accurate their data is. I like that I can stay updated on the companies that I follow. I like the drill-down options for filtering the most relevant titles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to give the info that I may have, but Zoom does not have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom to get in front of customers that are relevant to the messages I am conveying.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you do not use Zoom, you need to give it a shot. I use it every day, and I cannot imagine doing my job without it.

Great to find contacts and direct numbers!

What do you like best about the product?
I find a lot of direct numbers and main numbers on Zoom Info. It helps me to find the right people to sell to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is not accurate, but not all data is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding direct numbers gets you in contact with the right people instead of being sent to voicemail.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's a great tool for finding information and building lists, I highly recommend it. It is much better data, then I have used at other businesses.

Wonderful Resource!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides so much information in one-click or one profile, things I would otherwise have to search on my own through various entities and search engines. ZoomInfo is the best investment myself and my company has made in my opinion, it's a wonderful resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the results in my search list that the email and direct line is included in the contact profile but once opened they're not actually listed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts for various current clients and potential clients is very important, my job is more of a relationship management role rather than sales. ZoomInfo helps in every aspect of building my contact lists.

What do you like best about the product?
All the info I found via zoom info would be wonderful and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the searches weren't as responsive as I liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were finding people to interview via zoom info and it had a high hit rate of solid number for reach out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I wish I could still use zoominfo at my latest job.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is easy to use and provides our sales teams with quick access to leads and contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, data is old or incorrect. Usually with data refreshes, this is resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a quick and easy way to access contacts and potential sales leads for accounts in our systems. Our sales teams utilize the tool very often and love it.

With ZoomInfo’s Growth Acceleration Platform, users can easily identify and connect with decision makers in any industry, job function, or even sharpen their focus to engage specific accounts. It also provides access to more direct dials and email addresses than any other B2B contact provider. On top of that, Zoom Info is priced by quote, meaning that you will only pay for the features you genuinely need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple things that I dise like ZoomInfo for. The first thing is that certain companies that I tried to search have many employees but all of them have the same phone number, not direct number.

Companies like ZoomInfo (or any other B2B data company for that matter), uses LinkedIn as their primary source to update their data Resources and Information., their data is as good as LinkedIn data, but the underlying problem here

Data . com or zoominfo cannot scrap LinkedIn every other week, so, their data is as good as the last time they scrapped LinkedIn.

Trust me, you are better off building your own custom data through LinkedIn (unless you are building a list of 50k or more), in that case data . com / zoominfo can be 60% + accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually use ZoomInfo when prospecting for clients. The benefits that I see ZoomInfo provides is that I can have accurate, up to date information at your finger tips.

ZoomInfo has helped build our database and helps sales connect with new people in current customer base.

Best tool for accurate information

What do you like best about the product?
I've used a number of sales tools for finding accurate direct phone numbers and emails. This one is by far my favorite. The search function is extremely easy to use and can get as granular you need. It's also very easy to import into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure there's a lot more use that we could be getting out of it that I haven't discovered yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team is much quick at prospecting and finding the appropriate contact.
