What do you like best about the product?
The DiscoverOrg CRM Application for SalesForce is very intuitive, accurate, and valuable to our sales and marketing teams. With excellent search capabilities, seamless integration with SalesForce, in-line pages and holistic views of company resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for us is the annual cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can quickly generate accurate contact lists for regional events, product specific campaigns, and who's who within an organization helping us find new opportunities faster and increasing our close rate for existing opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, and 95% of the time has information on the prospects I am searching. It also shows the date the data was verified which is very helpful to determine how accurate it is. Great tool for updating a database and prospecting
What do you dislike about the product?
At times a contact will not have an email or phone, or have one or the other. This happens here and there but it's bound to happen with the amount of data on zoom. altogether great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
prospecting, saving time by not contacting prospects with incorrect info.

What do you like best about the product?
The insight and actionability that the triggers provide to our inside sales team
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough companies profiled in the mid market space with marketing contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to the right people at the right time.. trigger alerts are lifesavers!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They really stick to their word and our account manager has been phenomenal to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
By far the best aspect is the ability to pull very targeted lists. The fact that you can sort based on technology, management level, title, responsibilities etc. allows for very targeted marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the fact that there are not contacts listed for every single trigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved problems: Salesforce clean-up, contact information, segmenting my lead database.

Benefits: More deals, and a constantly full pipeline.

the search functionalities and the depth of their database is top notch. LinkedIn extension is AMAZING
What do you dislike about the product?
hard to build lists and export, but i can overlook that due to the great database they have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding correct contacts at companies and schools to reach out to in regards to software purchasing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for one off contacts with very specific job titles this is your tool. It is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
90% minimum accuracy rate. Contact information is valid and trustworthy. Automatically syncs with other tools like SalesForces and Outreach,
What do you dislike about the product?
Website could use a modernization update/simplified UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with potential leads with contact information that I would otherwise spend hours researching and validating.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Build customized alerts and oppalerts to tailor your requested information to your specific need/industry.

It's very reliable information. I like the set up as well.

Based on the service we have with discover.org o dislike that some companies we do not have acc4to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to find decision makers. This Makes it easier for us to target the right people.

Larger companies, for info for companies like Raytheon and the likes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my target market and contacts all sit in the DiscoverOrg platform. It's a one stop shop for all of my IT Data needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the new platform. The old one was way easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate and timely data is crucial to our business. Knowing when new CIO's arrive at a company and knowing when they depart is a really nice feature in the triggers you provide.
