What do you like best about the product?
Contacts are posted and correct 99% of the same. Zoom is a very important tool for a sales team. Cell phone numbers are right .
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love Zoom info it works all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new contacts, cell phone numbers, emails.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has the largest number of contacts and companies, and is the most accurate solution available. It has enabled our sales team to contact 50+ more people which has led to a far bigger sales pipeline pre ZoomInfo. It is very easy to use and can be implemented within minutes and integrates perfectly with our CRM making admin instant. Our team uses it most of the day, every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only negative is the inability to flag in correct info

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo Sales is its ability to provide comprehensive and accurate data on leads and companies, which helps streamline prospecting and outreach. The platform's advanced filtering options make it easy to target the right decision-makers, and the integration with CRM systems ensures seamless data flow. Additionally, the real-time insights on company activities and intent data help prioritize leads that are more likely to convert, making the sales process more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about ZoomInfo Sales is that some of the contact information can occasionally be outdated or inaccurate, which can lead to wasted time and effort during outreach. Additionally, the platform can be quite expensive, especially for smaller teams or businesses. While the data is extensive, the user interface could also be more intuitive in certain areas to improve overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales is solving the problem of inefficient prospecting by providing accurate, up-to-date contact and company information, which saves time and improves the quality of outreach. It also addresses the challenge of finding the right decision-makers within organizations, allowing me to connect with the most relevant contacts quickly. By offering real-time insights and intent data, it helps me prioritize high-potential leads, ultimately increasing the chances of conversions and shortening the sales cycle. This has significantly improved my productivity and the overall efficiency of my sales efforts.

ZoomInfo - An Absolutely Fantastic Tool for Business!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is easy to use and the information is plentiful as well as accurate. Their customer service and training staff alone is amazing with easy to understand demos, Q&A, and a large variety of timeslots to choose from for your convenience. The implementation and integration process is simple and fast so you get started right away. I use ZoomInfo literally all day, throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's literally nothing to dislike about ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I regularly make cold calls in my position as a Provider Relations Manager. ZoomInfo allows me to call confidently knowing who to ask for by name. This cuts down the time spent with the receptionist (aka the gatekeeper). It also minimizes my time spent talking to the wrong people, getting shuffled around until I finally get the right person. In the past, this could often and very literally take days to weeks to get me to the correct point of contact. With ZoomInfo, I am able to start with the correct point of contact from the start.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate! Easy to pull corporate information and the contacts I got were quite accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of filters which is good, but can also bog you down a bit and perhaps miss some contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better outbounding leads/contacts. A good starting point to reach out to specific companies & departments.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent tool for research into target companies, including organization, contact information, locations, and the like. I have also used it as a candidate search tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app has to create information based on other people's information in the same organization; one example is email addresses. But the created email addresses aren't always correct. I know it's not their fault but if they could tag verified versus non-verified, that would be an improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right targets at companies, with contact information.

Not As Advertised / Incredibly Unstable

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to port it out to software that functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ZoomInfo Chrome extension didn't work for a business quarter that we had it and it looks like it well preceded that looking at reviews online. Our computer system with 32GB of memory was crashing while using ZoomInfo and had to be disabled. On asking to cancel given their 99% uptime clause they did not honour this and forced us to extend the contract saying their work around for other system we didn't work with was a fix.

The contacts largely go to receptionists and not the advertised contacts. Our own agency has over 8 year old out of date information on ZoomInfo. I don't know where they get their data from but it's clearly very outdated.

Highly deceptive company I couldn't recommend you put your advertising dollars into. We will likely sue for damages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't find the software worked at all as advertised. It wasn't stable for a business quarter and the contacts didn't go to the correct people displayed which rendered it ineffective overall.

What do you like best about the product?
Advanced search is helping in dgranular level of data, get more insights and more intel on industy, company and people.

They have huge database on automobile, HNI data, we use it to sell cars to corporates, impressive tool to get details on people
What do you dislike about the product?
the pricing is high, wish they do something mis level companies

The car delears data is super accurate and helpful
