It gives technology attributes and intent data which no other b2b vendors will give,provides most of the information on lead and account:
Lead: Contact name, title, phone number, location, about us, current and former employer

What do you dislike about the product?
the export limit should be increased by ZoomInfo, it's part of pricing but it will help mid size enterprise generate more revenue, more revenue means more business for Zoominfo

Basic problem of profiling, which earlier was not there because of which the sales cycle journey has become efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Sort contacts by industry; integrated with SalesForce CMS; The ZoomInfo module appears within each record in SalesForce, which is extremely helpful; I also like using "Update Contact" which will replace outdated contact info with correct information in the salesforce record.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the title / job role of contact is incorrect. I reach out to the wrong contact because I have their title wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Weekly refreshes and adds Data, they have huge US database, in Europe most of database they have are GDPR compliant and can easily be used for mail marketing and sales outreach, At DAP engineering we are using Zoomingo to know the intel about contact person and account.

Zoominfo is bit expensive compare to other tools but they provide quality against it

Zoominfo Sales is solving the basic issue of letting you know, who is the decisior maker, influencer and what to sell to them.

Zoominfo has been really helpful for us in sourcing the right party contact and searching the right company to call to for new business.
For existing business, you can use feature such as account intelligence, company summar, buyer intent data and the organization structure which give you all lead and company intelligence and helps in cross sell and up sell.

The mobile version is useless, not sure how many people would be using, since office work are done on desktop

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo allows my team and I to prospect on certain industries across the world. Looking up company and client information is very crucial to a sales team. Plus, Zoominfo data is up to date and that makes this platform 2nd to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that you might not find the company or person's name on the initial inquiry. Then you run it again and there it is.

Getting the company or a person's contact information: email, phone and location

What do you like best about the product?
Having used ZoomInfo for 3+ years, it has been instrumental in helping the sales team identify ideal client contacts, and our targets. Not only are we able to identify contacts, ZoomInfo AI has been provided timely talking points, and market/industry trends. This enables us to target a clients needs faster and reduce the time spent probing and investigating. It creates credibility that engages the client and builds the relationship. Our sales team uses it everyday for gathering data and preparting for every lead and call.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo has a higher price point than some of its competitors however the information, faster time to next steps and revenue it enables is worth the cost.

Data on clients, key targets, contact data, organization data. Reducing the time to connection, and sale.
Moving Up in the Office with Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
I was introduced to Zoom about 6 months ago. I work in Logistics, managing the freight arrangements of multiple businesses accross the US, Canada and Mexico. Zoom has quickly become an integral part of my work day, as I am always motivated to reach out to find new business contacts, with whom I can offer my services. Zoom has given me an endless sourse of contacts with accurate contact information. As a result, I have more time in my work day to give my time and attention to all of my cutomers, delivering even better service with each any every one. With Zoom, it is business as usual and my numbers have been rising in the office!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to say that is negative about using Zoom. From time to time, I will find the correct person to contact, I will draft an email and send it... only to receive a notice that the email address was incorrect. This is not because of a typo on my behalf... I am very detail oriented... I must be in the logistics industry! This is the only issue that I have had with Zoom that has occured more than a few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a great benefit to add to the platforms I utilize daily to save time finding contact information for those who I need to reach to conduct my business with. Aoom also gives me great information regarding the industries I prospect by providing updates on who is moving locations, who is gearing up for the next big project, etc...
