Great Direct Dials and Lead Lists

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can update accurate contact and company profiles as well as create lead lists and targeted accounts. I also like that it is also visible on Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is probably 80% accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct Dials and Emails. Create lead lists.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the database has emails and direct dials, it makes it very easy to prospect and call on potential clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was an organizational hierarchy chart

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has allowed us to reach a new group of clients that we wouldn't have had information for. The ease of use in pulling a list is much quicker than buying one from a third party. We like that we have the database at our fingertips whenever we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that could make it easier to pull lists like an option to hide a client in a certain list instead of across the entire database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing the number of opportunities by having access to more data about each client.

What do you like best about the product?
Support and Training. The training team to the time to fly out to our HQ and we had a great time learning how to use the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great company and products no complains at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discover org help us with our day to day tasks and we definitely saw improvement in sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Company profiles are very detailed and contacts are C-Level. Excellent Salesforce integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to add more LATAM financial contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation - The resource department does a fantastic job of adding contacts to their database.

If your company has an enterprise sales model - You will not find a better resource Discovery.org

Great and Easy expierence

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the information that is coming over to me. Very useful format and good depth on most org charts. Lots of information coming over on most of all the business. Could see multiple uses for just 1 lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the org charts weren't that deep. Yet at this point it's just the beginning and more info will come in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems are needing to feed the database of customers will qualified leads into the accounts. By using DiscoverOrg I'm gaining an insight into how the business decisions are made and the hierarchy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this tool, give it a try. First day out and I have tons of qualified leads that I'm going to implement into my salesforce. Great tool and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Huge and up-to-date database & customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model. They split up the packages so you have to buy more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Generation. A key challenge for our organization has been finding new lead sources. DiscoverOrg has been a great tool as a standalone product, as well as in collaboration with other tools and process. Our Sales team uses DiscoverOrg to actively prospect on their own, while the Marketing team uses it to build lists and generate email campaigns. We are seeing great results in building lists/campaigns that are specific to job titles and industry vertical.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It wont be cheap, but it will be worth the investment. There are several ways that you can utilize this tool. Great for Sales and Marketing, and the different packages allow you to choose which package fits best with your key targets.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides the information I must have.
The LinkedIn Profile feature is helpful, especially “Viewers of this profile also viewed”
The ability to track companies and people and receive “Triggers” email updates specific to my interests
The responsiveness of the team when I need help on finding specific information
The new UI is very easy to use.
The search capabilities are fantastic when I am targeting a specific title or planning an event
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. I started with Discoverorg, I love the company and the founder's story. Along with the quality of the product, the people are fantastic to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pinpointing who I need to target!

Learn to use all the tools well and attend the webinars provided

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the incredible accuracy and detail of op alerts and the overall performance of the tool! I can't say enough about what a self funding tool to have in any Companies arsenal! My lead production has increased substantially since utilizing the tool. In my 25 years of working in the IT field I have not seen that compares to DiscovOrg!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about this tool!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an IT Business Consultant in charge of growing our small company via new business. This tool has help me make more professional first calls and has armed me with the knowledge of current obstacles that are facing my targeted business's everyday. It has allowed me to take my game to the next level in my opinion!

If you wish for accurate information from whatever industrie you work, DiscoveOrg will pay for itself! Well worth the money in my opinion!!!

Best resource tool of its type in the market

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely high quality and accurate information specific to my industry (IT). Ease of getting to relevant information without too many clicks...IE great User Interface / User Experience. Very responsive/supportive customer service team...from our acct. mgr. (Jeff Miller) to management (Andy Brewer).
What do you dislike about the product?
New interface, however, I am learning to like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg has greatly reduced research time, allowing more time to be spent selling. Among many benefits, main one is doors have been opened that would not have been without the info. DiscoverOrg provided. Can definitely say it's paid for itself many times over.
