What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zoominfo is the websights and intent functions. They do allow an sdr to be more targeted when prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that there is a lot of out of date information and at times the industry search is limited. This can actually cause duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with making prospecting faster and can absolutely help with building a pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to use for researching and gathering information on prospects! Everything is there, the interface is easy to use and I like all the functionalities. Great product

Sometimes the data isn't accurate and phone number may not be available

Mainly finding specific titles to prospects obtaining the correct information to outreach

What do you like best about the product?
I mean, it's the contacts - having them, accurately, and with plenty of good contact data. And having the contacts, I do more list uploading than list building, so the list-match feature is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price, obviously - but it's worth it. And then the export limits. But that's just their business model, which is fine, as it's definitely worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact info for all the right leads/

Comprehensive and unrivaled platform that enables adviors to succeed. Always very responsive customer service and has a great app as well.

Some plugins not allowed at my firm.....

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been insturmental in our top of the funnel sales processes. It integrates with our CRM seamlessly and gives us access to mobile numbers so we can reach people easily.

Whenever we've ran into any problems, there support team has been very efficient at making sure we're happy and back on our feet as quick as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I've experienced using ZoomInfo are the following:

1. Some of the best features (Organization charts in particular) are locked behind a higher tier package. Although this makes sense,having it available at the regular tiers would make the program 100x more useful for everyone.

2. It seems that their database doesn't get updated / cross-checked at a frequent interval, after some time I notice an increase in invalid contacts. However this is a small nitpick as the rate is still sub 10%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping us feed the top of our funnel and book more meetings by giving us easy access to contact data.

What do you like best about the product?
In my two years using this product, I have found it to be an invaluable tool, one that I and me colleagues use every single day. It is easy to use and provides us with accurate, up to date information to allow to reach out to a multutide of clients, building our market.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I have nothing negative to say about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Up to date contact information is a cornerstone of recruitment, if you don't have the right details, you aren't getting through to the right people. ZoomInfo provides this with an easy to use platform and accurate information.

easy to do what you need, so whenever you need to contact to somebody, just try to look for the right place

is deep to understand, so it may take 1-2 weeks to fully understand how to handle.
