Zoominfo SalesOS is really helpful and gets data for me very easily

The customer service is really good, good overall experience integrated with the CRM

they have a huge database pool, the data is pretty accurate, neat and clean. the recent acquisition by them have helped them make the platform better, user friendly login, the training and customer support is above average.

We get information like email address, phone number and address fir email campaign and cold calling. we are easily saving 60% of the time and result is better, where in we were getting 5 leads, we are getting 12-13

ZoomInfo has multiple features that can help accelerate sales pipeline and revenue.

From what I've heard it's probably cost. Also the platform may not be very easy to use given the plethora of features. There is a steep journey to be well acquainted with it as a user

It's a quite broad platform so addresses a bunch of problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Its is easy to use and implement. Its is unique software with number of features those are easy tointegrate with our old software that we use frequently. Frequency of use is too high with continous customer support.

No thing as such that i dislike about it.

The contacts needs to be updated on regular basis, every month I would suggest if we are paying so much money

The ability to source the data from their in-house database and sourcing it into their sales tool is seamless which is one of the best things about Sales OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Database sourced from ZoomInfo is not reliable at times or in other words, some of the data are outdated, which could be fixed with periodic updates so that prospecting gets better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales OS along with the ZoomInfo database go hand-in-hand, which makes it one of the top prospecting tools to reach out to potential customers. Most times the cold leads or warm leads that we receive lack information or outdated information about the lead. Using ZoomInfo to find the potential decision maker and sourcing in their details and reaching out to them using Sales OS with email campaigns / workflows increases the conversion ratio of closing the deals.

Usability, look and feel are decent. Havent done an extensive backend feature testing.

Marketing effort can be better. A lot of folks havent heard about SalesOS and immediately try to relate with Zoom

Its a good experimentation product. Need to explore better.
