Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that I can access multiple different contacts for one company.

When first starting it took me a little bit to figure out how to maneuver the software.

They give me the opportunity to grab multiple contacts at once to be able to turn them into leads

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has extensive database of business contacts and companies, which helps me identify leads and gain insights.
Its search and filtering capabilities makesit easy to use.

It is high in cost, so while making purchase decision one has to consider all the factors.
Also, sometimes its data turns out inaccurate.

ZoomInfo Sales is helping an organisation to be organized and streamline its function, as it provides uninterrupted integration with CRM tools.
ZoomInfo Is The Best Tool We Have Added To Our Arsenal In Long Time!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to find information on the customers that we are and want to do business with. Most of the information is spot on, and it helps open the door to further conversations with these customers/prospects. We use it more than a few times a week and it was very easy to bring into our sales structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with ZoomInfo at this point! It has been a great tool!

Great Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is a great tool for prospecting because it helps you narrow down your searches to find the right contacts in any vertical. It has a great AI system that helps create emails based on the services you want to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is sometimes the contacts you find may have already left the company but they still show up in the search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that ZoomInfo solves is getting past the gatekeeper and contacting decision-makers directly whether by phone or email.

What do you like best about the product?
Put us in front of and in the email boxes of the right people. Before ZoomInfo it was a lot of door knocking with out much success. A strong sales tool in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can point my finger on. The intent and WebSights features leave a bit to be desired with accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we have is finding the right decision makers For our services. ZoomInfo definitely gets me in front of a lot more people which hopefully Forward information to the correct people. No exact science, but it has gotten us in front of a lot more people this year.
Zoominfo is irreplaceable
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to identify my ideal target companies and sort them by revenue, headcount,industry but it also suggests similar companies which is ideal when I am breaking in to a new market segment. I have brought ZoomInfo into my last 3 ventures and was able to make in impact early. Support is super quick to respond whenever I get stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact data and job titles are outdated or innacuraltely tagged as a "direct line".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly reduces the time it takes to research, identify and connect with the decision maker in a targeted account.

What do you like best about the product?
clean useable data for our outbound teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe more analytics showing our ideal ICP so that we dont have to spend hours trying to find and download that data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clean and useable data is a must in outbound sales and out of the nearly 10 years as a SaaS seller, I would say this is the best one for that data. (Unless you are buying lists)

Great for cold outreach to prospects. Accurate information which helps me hit my quota.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was cheaper. It is an expensive tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The accessability! The Zoominfo add-in extension on google chrome makes it so easy to find quick contact information. The grade ranking is usually spot on as well and LOVE the intent field!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more so on the prospects side, but if their Linkedin profile is out of date or there are multiple jobs, the zoominfo contact information gets a little confused at times.

It's solving the problem of prospects not responding.
