Good intent signals, data is better for US
What do you like best about the product?
The intent signal were quite good.We used it a lot to track companies and saw some success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data for emails and number for Europe wasn't that great.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find contact information so easily is super convenient. There are some accuracy issues here and there but for the most part its pretty accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the business information (specifically revenue) is off. I just got off of a call with a company that ZoomInfo had at $1.4M and it was actually a $50M company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to find information and multithread my opportunities relatively easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI it's very easy to use and navigate. The Onboarding team is the best I met , they will do 110% to make sure your team is onboard! The Account Manager is very helpful and make sure you will use the tool and be satisfied. Very easy to setup and Implementation.

Sometime the integration to Salesforce doesn't work exactly as we expect.

ZoomInfo help us with contact enrichment and manage our ABM motion.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo allows me to easily find information on prospects that I need to reach out to. It's super easy to use and it's made it' s way into my daily routine when scrubbing through accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be blunt, it's quite amazing as is. I don't think any changes are needed.

Its helping me bridge the gap of information for prospects I am outreaching to.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the way I can leverage zoom info throughout my sales cycles from the start to the end. I really like their LinkedIn integration and love the AI search feature to help with researching accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for it's AI search function to be able to read our Salesforce/gong data so it could pull all the information for me in one place. Sometimes it's number aren't as accurate as other tools, but in general its data sourcing is very good and has improved a lot in the last few years.

Zoom info helps me find the data I need to contact prospects for outbound sales and it supports me in conducting AI account research

What do you like best about the product?
buyer intent data provides easy access to the companies upcoming budget, even when we integrate our website to the zoominfo, allows to see, which people have visited our webite and score it with the hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
we have used Lusha and apollo, so far we found zoominfo super userful and best part is the export limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in building a database according to my needs. The feature of likely to engage is really helpful. I follow that and it has enhanced my results in the reachout

all the additional features that keep on coming every few months. Just got the exclude option, well thought.

Sometimes data of a few industries is not at an accuracy level that is maintained by Zoominfo

Helping me download a data in a structured format. Assisting me with buyer intent. Makes my life a little easy as a BDR

with advanced filter, we can use multiple criteria to refind the search, you can export company list by using multiple criteria, industry, revenue and the HQ. it also has sub industries

zoominfo sales is usually one of the best tool but for Europe market sometimes gives bad data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate database, the biggest headache in the sales world is solved by Zoominfo.
