Zoominfo sales intelligence is more reliable than other tools
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo helps my team find account information such as business details, email, phone, tech stack, etc. As a manager of the account management team, I see how it has made our jobs easier in reaching out to the potential customers and POCs. We use it on a daily basis and it has become a part of our daily routine research that we do on our customers. The intuitive UI is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data refresh frequency could be improved and that will enhance the reliability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that ZoomInfo solves for is the prospecting of other internal stakeholders in our target accounts. This is very critical for an expansion business and we rely more on the Salesos for getting that information.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has been incredibly useful for verifying email addresses, office locations, and contact numbers of potential prospects. I've extensively utilized it alongside my own research to guarantee the precision of the information for my accounts, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with the data it offers. As a Solution Engineer I need to know some relevant data about my client to present a great demo so that I can use the client's real-time use cases during the demo, the insights from the platform is greatly helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support, I wouldn't say I had a horrible experience but there is room for improvement, especially in their KB repository.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo was a good tool for SMB contact information, which is greatly beneficial to me since I primarily handle the SMB business in my org, One particular challenge I have in my demo is knowing my audience not just their information but the Key role they play in the evaluation of the product.

What do you like best about the product?
As a solution engineer, we architect solutions for business difficulties and problems they are currently facing. Needless to say, we would need more context on the industry vertical they belong to and the stakeholders attending the meeting. It gives us enough information to learn about the customer landscape, contact information and news. I would recommend this to any of my peers on my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy of data cannot be relied upon. I would hesitate to reiterate this information directly on customer calls. I aim to reach a level of confidence in the data provided by ZoomInfo SalesOS where I can comfortably rely on it during client calls without hesitation.

It is an instant game-changer to identify a client or get intelligence about a client before a demo or technical scoping call. Before using ZoomInfo SalesOS, running a background check on the company and client was a time-consuming and tedious task. In a fast-paced work environment with a high volume of calls, this software proves invaluable when we have minimal time for in-depth business research.

Zoominfo is, up until now, the ultimate reliable B2B Sales podium that supports our sales and shopping crew with value leads and contact facts about our desired prospects. Another enormous plus, especially after investigating different platforms, is the logical unification with other floors like our CRM, G2 Crowd, Outreach, etc. Also, with physiognomy like resolute data, advanced filters, workflows, detective, etc. I can commotion tasks or filter through heaps of marks to the ideal ICP and take meaningful conduct on it. I trust it's also very appropriate to accompany an easy-to-understand connect, distinguished from other planks that may be too active.

The precision on keyword-based searches is much less along the information associated with the respective contact. Also, the expunge of the data is a bit alarming since it has certain privacy-sensitive information.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and very fast to implement. The support that I received was good. I use the tool at least once in two days. The features are in alignment with what I want, and it is the best to integrate with other tools for contact discovery.

Nothing as of now. It is a really good tool that is very handy to use and makes life very easy in terms of the job front.
