It's challenging to obtain accurate information for companies with 1-10 employees, and the same goes for those with 11-50 employees.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know but yes one thing i like to highlight since we have limited licences for zoominfo. If 2 people use same id at same time it logs you out and not allow to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been part of B2B sales almost a decade and now i move to sales enablment, so i give training to new hires and existing one how to leverage this tool earn more and more incentives.

The best part about this platform is the manual search of the database, you can just type the name and company in the elastic search you will get the data.
One of the beauty about the tool is, it also has old database in it because if any prospect switches most likely you will not have the cell number but you can check the data of his/her old company

Basic benefit of getting the history of the prospect, where he worked, sometimes it gives details of those who are not on LinkedIN as well

Some times the phone number and mobile is not valid one, and the emails are non monitered one.

There is no upto date information about prospect and the numbers are mismatching a lot

Getting a companys current information is hard and zoominfo helps with that and finding my right prospect with good informations like phone number, direct number, email address and company informations like technology, scoops, and intent data.
