The ZoomInfo SalesOS is a simple and effective tool that helps with sourcing domain specific leads for businesses. It claims what it does 100%

Something that I personally I feel it's slightly over priced for a new business.

The level of intelligence that ZoomInfo salesOS offers helps both the sales and the marketing team to target customers with the right kind of content that can lure them into the sales funnel towards closure.

The best about ZoomInfo SalesOS would be the prospecting and easy contacts in outreach.

Extension crashes most of the time and takes a while to fix this

The integrations with the tools that we use parallelly, like CRM intervention, it saved a lot of time to get the right ICPs and put them into our CRM system.

The best is integration of different channels and the AI based sales os for awesome performance and accuracy.

Nothing dislikes but it's bit monotonous.

AI Sales assistance, lead capturing, lead intelligence at its best, sales engagement.
Good way of finding leads, although questionable data quality from time to time

What do you like best about the product?
I have never stressed about finding data for my work cause I know for the fact that i have zoominfo! It makes my work very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far to be honest, may be I haven't explored enough to find a flaw

It the prospect left the company and joins somewhere, I can easily find out who replaced him/her and to which company we got placed too.

Most most useful thing in my sales day to day process is It help me to find the right person when required for example if i spoke with A in a X company and he asked me to reach B in the same company we can do it immediatly with its vast amount of data,

One of the most disadvantage i face as a user is its User Expreience, It to hard to do a Advance Research as we need a proper trainig to master it

As i say i have a problem before is if someone tell a name its very hard to find his details, but now with help of zoominfo with just name and comaony we can get everthing we want

The best part of Zoom info is the its user experience and the dashboard it just made my job so easy and the integration is seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem i face is its scoops which is updated today is 3 to 6 months old information, If they update scoops live it will be much more useful

The problem sales department has before is the information will be scattered across the channel and it is so time consuming, And zoominfo has everything handy in one place

It's user friendly and comes with a lot of integration inside. Along with its quite accurate and helps in organizational growth.

Can be bit more smooth, sometimes gets laggy due to the loads. But rest all good.

Sales assistance with AI, Auto dialer for newbies. Email tracking of leads, market intelligence in terms of target audience and lead Generation.

Best thing is the ease of implementation of this system. It is also beneficial for grtting Marketing Information.

Price is quite high as compared to other similar products in the market.

Due to large database and accurate information is beneficial for me and my organization to achieve targets and increase revenue

The one thing that i always go for zoom info is its lead generation UI that you can just choose in bulk and you can export in Excel and you can use it in any CRM no need of of any integration

One of its least helpful features is its integration i feel like its not required as everything we can export and import which is easy

Befor Zominfo the problem i face is i have a lot of sales people but and they take almost 3days to generate leads but after zoominfo they work simultaneously with lead and calls
