Zoom Info: The Pinnacle of Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
We've expanded our Sales Team and Marketing Outreach since I last updated this review, and Zoom Info has proven to be even more crucial to our success than it was ever before. We utilize this software daily across multiple sales channels to penetrate different parts of North America, and it has helped our company achieve higher sales turnover rates across all product categories. We even have a new ERP system we're going to implement soon and it perfectly integrates with Zoom Info's CRM Tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's absolutely nothing to dislike, the ROI for this is superbly incredible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Info solves the accuracy problem we run into with our business, which being a Valve salesman, things are niche when it comes to prospecting, this is a very old school buiness where you still have to shake hands and get deals sone in-person, so having the accuracy of prospect information beforehand allows us to approach the customer with a better tactics and more competitive offerings

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it seemless to find contact information for prospects and clients alike. I love that we can search all the way down to the cell phone number if need be. It's easy to use and the implementation into my daily activity has been seemless as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is much that I dislike. I think maybe one thing would be removing anyone who doesn't have an email or phone number. It will make it easier to communicate with those who do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me in navigating the world of finding contact information for many of the prospects I am trying to reach out to. It is extremely helpful when I can find the right contact information as well as their LinkedIn so I have an extensive amount of methods to reach out to them.
fastest way to find good email and mobile numbers I have used
What do you like best about the product?
This is the first data base software tool I have had any experience with but its amazing how accurate the emails and mobile numbers are with simple searches
What do you dislike about the product?
i seem to have to go immediately to "advacned search" each time - why not make this the home page/landing page?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Part of my role is to prospect new accounts. I will be using the tool to make lists and then learn how to email the lists hopefully wiht a personal message.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo sales is that it truly utilizes the best people, processes and technology to help my inpput, validate, optimize and capitalize on my sales pipeline. It allows my team to turn weeks worth of research and communication into a few keystrokes as well as bring accurate insights into our pipeline to help move things along and stay ahead of any challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Zoominfo Sales is that sometimes my other systems can't keep up like my CRM and ERP so I have to put pressure on those system managers to keep up with the accelerated progression as ZoomInfo doesn't heve an access point or contact to assist with updating integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales is solving a lot of problems but the most perimount is that it cuts down on the time my teams spend on data gethering and validation to score the probibility of an opportunity and accuracy of the correct contacts and intent of the pipeline.

sometimes email is o longer in services, and the mobile phone # has been assigned to someone else

Sales OS with Intent is a great tool for my sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Intent qualification rocks! Workflows and setting up sales cadences directly on the platform is an additional advantage.

Data for Canadian companies is not always accurate. But largely it works as we can reach out on LinkedIn.

Mobile app review
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app has been useful for me, this helps when I am at the event, i just check the details and reach the person to meet and do sales

only dislike is, it gets automatically logged out when i use it on web and mobile app together

Data are realtime and well updated regularly

Great customer support,The customer support team respond quick and help with any issue, remember one time, I was not able to expore the data and called the customer care and got it solved quickly. It has a wide array of potential clients and partners, thereby increasing the chances of getting more qualified meetings

It creates sometimes duplicate value when you integrate and export it in salesforce

The best feature is the integration, our sales and marketing teams can maintain up-to-date records, track interactions, and manage their leads more effectively without the need for manual data entry, thus saving time and reducing the risk of errors.

Despite the seamless integration, we have sometimes experienced delays in data updation

Like mentioned one of the biggest hurdles for our sales and marketing teams was to efficientely manage the contact and company information. ZoomInfo addresses this challenge by offering data import into our CRM systems.
