What do you like best about the product?
Contact database: The tool has alot of US database with location
Company Database: They have all the information, what's the revenue, which tech stack they use. who is searching what on internet
Intent buyer: they also show the intent of the company so you just have to focus on the intent signal and call the prospect
Workflow: I have created a workflow through which I keep getting good dataset
List: you can save your list and whenever their is a new contact which is added, you can pick and do the prospecting

The concern is the limit, 2000 limit is not bad but when you have a target of getting 20 appointments, it's less

It solves the issue of getting the cell numbers for me, because after covid, most are working from home so the dynamic has been changed

The main issue as a sales person we face is understanding the insights of the company where in zoom infor plays a major role in giving better insight so that i can reach out prepared

* I think the UI could be more user-friendly and cost could be better

Knowing the current move of a company is a nightmare but the Scoops soves it.

What do you like best about the product?
I never run out of topics during my sales calls, I can verify my prospects and I direct my conversation to the decision-makers with the help of lead verification in SalesOS, The enablement feature is also one of my favorites which gives me the preferred channels for communication with my prospects. Basically, it has reduced my research time by more than half. Easy to use the interface compared to other software out in the market. CRM integration is also brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the leads for sequential or subpar sometimes and in recent times I am finding it more frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me understand my prospects and clients better, clearly lays out the stakeholders, and helps me give a great sales demo since I can identify the prospects in by industries. I can use their lingo during the demo.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is extremely helpful for me as a sales representative as I can create vast filters for my searches and do not have to redo them and have these saved for easy access. The tool also integrates with various apps and my CRM solution which makes my day-to-day work much simpler. Outbound prospecting is a tough part of my role but Zoominfo makes this much easier as it provides me with accurate domain information by verifying my contacts and companies. I also am able to know all the recent information about the accounts to engage in a more personalized manner with my outbound prospects.
It is also very easy to set up and use as a person with a nontechnical background and the customer support has been a great experience so far.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I receive company numbers instead of numbers of my contacts. Although this is helpful, it would be great to get direct contact numbers.
It sometimes also takes time to load and crashes my browser. However, this is a rare occurrence.

Zoominfo is a game changer for companies as it provides them with vital data needed to boost sales. It is always up to date and has a plethora of information needed to personalize and make more sales by talking to the right POC and with the right information taking off the load from the sales team to look for data and contact information and spend more time on what is they do best - make sales happen. You can also automate day-to-day mundane tasks and focus more on work that matters as Zoominfo has workflows and outmatic outreaches saving you time and effort as a sales representative from burning out.
