Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The integrity of the information from the ZoomInfo. ZoomInfo has changed the game of business and reachout. As a sales person ZoomInfo has got a lot a clarity with its action plans. I’ve recommended this to a lot of my colleagues.

The speed could be better in a few area range

Haven't faced any shortcomings so far with Zoom info. It's a highly recommended tool.

Sometime time the data is not updated very minimal no of data

When I am cross selling my products it gives me information with designation and tech stack which is helpful in cold calling to cross sell

Very easy to use the tool and the tool gives accurate information!

Sometimes its slow to load; other than that its a great software!

Being in sales, its important that we know complete infomration about the prospects / leads before reaching out. There are a lot of tools out there to do this, but ZoomInfo has been the best so far.
Zoominfo SalesOS - A true game changer in sales!
What do you like best about the product?
First thing is it's very user friendly. We can easily look into Sales, Marketing or IT department. And they've given a separate option to search for VP, C level and Directors and Managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things is techstacks. It's not 100% correct, but yes mostly the given techstacks are true.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For example when reaching out to the VP of sales to discuss about CRM, mostly they'll mention that they are not the right person and request me to contact IT director. By using Zoominfo SalesOS we can easily identify the right person and we can reach out to them via email or through call. This is the main problem I'm facing right now and Zoominfo SalesOS is perfectly solving this.

1) Finding the employee size of the company is the best part for a salesperson.
2) Zoom info helps a lot in finding the right POC mobile number and email address even for 1-10

What do you like best about the product?
The one thing that attracts me to go for zoominfo is it's easy to implement and 24*7 support

The thing I might suggest is it should have a onbuild CRM so that my job will be half done

The main problem in sales market is trustable information and the zoominfo has everything that a sales person need
