What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search contacts that are likely to engage by phone or email

Can't think of any at this time, it has all the bells and whistles

It is uncovering leads that do not exist in other avenues like LinkedIn. It shares phone numbers that you wouldn't find anywhere else.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside is when I'm trying to zero in on an Economic Buyer, Zoominfo gets me to that person - and if not that person very close to that person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometiems the search function is a little klunky

The upside about ZoomInf is that you can easily download the data in the excel or integrate it with the crm and marketing automation tool for lead generation and demand generation

the downside is that, it's expensive and hard to define the ROI while taking license

The features of indicators and identification from the web site triggers and SEIO triigers is the most timely, Filters provide some more flexibitlity to operations.
Its quite user friendly and dashboard provides excellent decision making capability to have an - 2nd support for core programs.

The core ops are not provided with User impacted filters and cognitive AI is missing.

Providing features of demandbase and updating recent updates over core clients and sub-primary assosiates org(s)

The most helpful is the managerial names and direct contact info

I think if anything you provide TOO much info and data, sometimes hard to navigate results

It truly helps us cut thru the clutter to get to the correct person and department

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has been integral for my team to find decisionmakers, including accurate contact info and business information. As VP of Sales, I've utilized the tool for market analysis, building territories and establishing quotas. I'd recommend ZoomInfo for any team who needs to prospect for new business and any leader who wants to gain insights into their market.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there were pricing models that didn;t require access to the entire USA. We only support one state, and a discount for lesser utilization would be fantastic.

The Sales platform gives us access to employee contact information and account information for prospects we would like to do business with.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to teach new users how to use ZoomInfo Sales, at the same time there are what seems like endless tools that can teach me what I need to learn to properly prospect into the accounts I am targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to grumble about when it comes to Zoominfo Sales. It serves the purpose that I need it to.

I'm reaching out to a large book of business, it can become overwhelming to keep up with the important "news" that's taking place at each company. Zoominfo aggregates this information and creates a consumable format that I can easily use.

What I like best are the insights you get. The ability to gleam information like where a person has recently worked, who they report to etc. is very powerful.

Sometimes exporting lists can be a bit cumbersome.

The ability to identify the right contacts within a company that I want to target. Further, would be the orginizational structure.

Best in class data and always evolving.Customer Enablment is very good when compared to other SaaS companies.

Many sales reps and sales organizations don't need many of the newer feature's now . Flexibility on subscriptions do price could be more customer friendly.
