Powerful Sales Intelligence Tool with Room for personalization
What do you like best about the product?
One of the new things I really appreciate is the enhanced intent data. It's become much more accurate and actionable recently - helping us prioritize warm leads rather than chasing cold ones. Scoops feature also feels more updated and relevant
What do you dislike about the product?
Overlap and redundancy in contact information is something which could be improved. Sometimes the same lead shows up with slighly different titles or outdated details. Anything realtime would be much appreciated.

For recent data they maintain a minimal cycle to update I think they can bring it down on a weekly basis for most frequent data

Zoom Info: The Pinnacle of Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
We've expanded our Sales Team and Marketing Outreach since I last updated this review, and Zoom Info has proven to be even more crucial to our success than it was ever before. We utilize this software daily across multiple sales channels to penetrate different parts of North America, and it has helped our company achieve higher sales turnover rates across all product categories. We even have a new ERP system we're going to implement soon and it perfectly integrates with Zoom Info's CRM Tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's absolutely nothing to dislike, the ROI for this is superbly incredible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Info solves the accuracy problem we run into with our business, which being a Valve salesman, things are niche when it comes to prospecting, this is a very old school buiness where you still have to shake hands and get deals sone in-person, so having the accuracy of prospect information beforehand allows us to approach the customer with a better tactics and more competitive offerings

What do you dislike about the product?
In some industries it doesn't pinpoint the persons locations rather the companies HQ location.

Productivity and identifying potential buying signals with intent are the two that come to mind.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it seemless to find contact information for prospects and clients alike. I love that we can search all the way down to the cell phone number if need be. It's easy to use and the implementation into my daily activity has been seemless as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is much that I dislike. I think maybe one thing would be removing anyone who doesn't have an email or phone number. It will make it easier to communicate with those who do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me in navigating the world of finding contact information for many of the prospects I am trying to reach out to. It is extremely helpful when I can find the right contact information as well as their LinkedIn so I have an extensive amount of methods to reach out to them.
fastest way to find good email and mobile numbers I have used
What do you like best about the product?
This is the first data base software tool I have had any experience with but its amazing how accurate the emails and mobile numbers are with simple searches

i seem to have to go immediately to "advacned search" each time - why not make this the home page/landing page?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Part of my role is to prospect new accounts. I will be using the tool to make lists and then learn how to email the lists hopefully wiht a personal message.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo sales is that it truly utilizes the best people, processes and technology to help my inpput, validate, optimize and capitalize on my sales pipeline. It allows my team to turn weeks worth of research and communication into a few keystrokes as well as bring accurate insights into our pipeline to help move things along and stay ahead of any challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Zoominfo Sales is that sometimes my other systems can't keep up like my CRM and ERP so I have to put pressure on those system managers to keep up with the accelerated progression as ZoomInfo doesn't heve an access point or contact to assist with updating integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales is solving a lot of problems but the most perimount is that it cuts down on the time my teams spend on data gethering and validation to score the probibility of an opportunity and accuracy of the correct contacts and intent of the pipeline.
I use ZoomInfo everyday and without it, it would take 100x longer to do my job
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get contact information for any prospect right from my browser using their chrome extension. I never have to leave the company's page or LinkedIn. My company has it set up so it syncs directly to Salesforce so I don't have to do any sort of manual inputs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts are not linked to the right company. However, I play in the SMB space, so a lot of companies have similar names and don't necessarily have the online presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales solves the problem of providing data needed for prospecting. I'm an AE that needs to prospect, and to manually enter/find all the data I would need on my own would take forever. I also like how there are mobile numbers, as it's been hard to get people on their office lines lately. Having the mobile information is very helpful. I also use it to find some new accounts as well as cross reference data between the website and LinkedIn.

Intent qualification rocks! Workflows and setting up sales cadences directly on the platform is an additional advantage.

Data for Canadian companies is not always accurate. But largely it works as we can reach out on LinkedIn.
