Varied Data Quality - Data quality might change according to industries or region

By proving us the company insights. Company's hierarchy and providing us employee information for better sales reach

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and very fast to implement. The support that I received was good. I use the tool at least once in two days. The features are in alignment with what I want, and it is the best to integrate with other tools for contact discovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. It is a really good tool that is very handy to use and makes life very easy in terms of the job front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was difficult for me to find the right Point of Contact to move forward with the whole pitch and deal section.

It provides accurate data, and worthy insight on customer information like direct numbers and helps us find the companies with true intent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Zoominfo priced at a significantly expensive dollar value. As it displays the information of the company leaders, I'm very much concerned about privacy.

I sometimes rely a lot on the multiple other Admins of a company. ZoomInfo helps me fetch that information and helps me out in driving the attention of the decision-makers at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoominfo on a day-to-day basis. It makes it easy to find the right prospects and engage with them. We can set up the view with filters to find relevant information that can improve sales activity. It is also easy to connect with CRM tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has certain outdated contact info where the stakeholders have already left the company. Some data are not updated accurately.

I use Zoominfo on a day-to-day basis to do company research and find the right prospects to engage. This improves the sales effort in pitching the right solution and building a sales pipeline.

Zoom info is not the best app out there, but definitely very simple to use & very user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo for over an year now and I'm glad that my company provided me with the full time license for this tool.
ZoomInfo has helped me continously to gain more information about my clients and their company. This information is accurate which aids me to ensure that I can reach out to my clients through different channels.
I can play around with different filters such as Search by Email, Name, Designation, Team, and tons other which saves a lot of time rather than going through the entire company directory.
I use this tool atleast a couple of times per week and it has become a part of my tech. stack.

It may sound absurd but none as of now. I really love the tool and how much impact it has over my job. That's why I'm investing my time in writing this review :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many problems that ZoomInfo solves for me but the most important is that it bridges the gap between me and the client by providing vital information like multiple emails of a client, phone numbers, different POC's, client's designation, etc.
This helps me to connect with various stakeholders and expose them to our products (in order to upsell and cross-sell or in general share best practices, therefore creating good rapport). Hence, this tool is quintessential part of my job.

2. Constant log offs can be irritating sometimes.

1. With the buying committee feature, it makes it easier for my team to add the right personas
2. Reaching out to a company when they have an actual intent makes it easier for a two way communication rather than a cold call.
3. Taking persona data out and using in our tool for emails is a very useful feature.
