What do you like best about the product?
Able to extract hot number and active Hot emails of prospect
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is slightly hard, too many filters so sometimes its hard to find the right one. DNC numbers are also available

Effortless Contact Sourcing and Flawless RingLead Salesforce Uploads

What do you like best about the product?
the platform makes sourcing new contacts for either known or unknown accounts a breeze. I also use their RingLead program daily for all large Salesforce data uploads. Their program preforms perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to tell if an individual has moved on from a company based on their profile on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact sourcing and data uploads are my most beneficial features of the tool in my opinion.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how ZoomInfo Sales helps me capture the most value out of my leads. It provides a great call to action to use the data and get from farming to hunting. The initial setup was a breeze, one of the easier crossovers we've had. I use ZoomInfo Sales for getting background information on my prospects and I can always rely on it as a resource when searching for emails for additional contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the rate at which the points deplete from digging into more data.

I use ZoomInfo Sales to get background information on prospects and rely on it for finding emails. It helps me capture the most value from my leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that ZoomInfo Sales helps me identify key stakeholders in the organizations I'm reaching out to, making it possible to contact people I wouldn't be able to reach without this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish sometimes the contact information provided for individuals was more accurate. But I understand that you never really truly know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to find the right contacts and identify key stakeholders, reaching out at the right times, which I couldn't do otherwise.

Superior Data Accuracy & Easy to Navigate Through Filters

What do you like best about the product?
I like the filters and intent data in ZoomInfo Sales. It's really helpful because we have multiple ways to filter, and the intent data gives us leverage on the companies and the people we are targeting. It's way more efficient compared to other tools I've used, which were a pain to filter through different titles and locations. ZoomInfo Sales allows for a lot more options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to narrow down the titles more. If you add a job title like maintenance manager, it just gives you maintenance manager titles. I would like it to be more specific or narrowed down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales provides highly accurate data for prospecting and call outreach. I like the multiple filtering options and intent data that give us a leverage on targeting companies and people effectively.

I really like its highly accurate data, intent signals, and org chart mapping. These features together enable precise targeting and timely outreach. They save me prospecting time, help me reach the right decision-makers faster, and increase my chances of closing deals through better targeting and timing.

Offering a more transparent and flexible pricing. Make it less expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how ZoomInfo Sales contacts are easily sent over to Salesforce as a lead. Instead of having to type all the information of a prospect, I can use one click to move the company name, address, phone number, contact name, contact position, and email address. The initial setup was super easy with no problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to build routes for cold calling through ZoomInfo. Enter sections of town, type of industries, and get a list of 10-15 places in the area I can visit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to find contact names and details for companies I prospect, making it simpler to schedule meetings. The integration with Salesforce helps transfer all lead info with one click, saving time otherwise spent on manual entry.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate ZoomInfo Sales for its powerful data enrichment capabilities, especially when integrated with Salesforce, ensuring our data is as accurate as possible. The prospecting ability is game-changing, allowing me to generate lists and reach out not just to individuals, but also to see how organizations are structured, which is incredibly useful. Its AI-powered insights into buyer behavior give us a head start by identifying customer activities. I find it particularly effective for North American data sourcing, especially in Canada. Additionally, working with them is a breeze because they are great when it comes to enablement. The integration with other tools like LeanData and Slack is helpful, and I look forward to using it in connection with Claude Enterprises as well. The features keep improving, making it top-of-the-line for lead and CRM-related tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit annoying to have to log in each time to ZoomInfo when it's connected to CRM Salesforce. It'd be nice if it just lived there in the managed package without requiring repeated logins. Also, its UI is a little clunky. This doesn't ruin the experience, but it could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for enriching data and generating prospecting lists. Its ability to integrate with Salesforce ensures our data is up to snuff and supports effective prospecting.

I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting and building targeted accounts lists. It helps us find the right contacts and get accurate company data to reach out through email and phone. I like how ZoomInfo Sales brings everything together in one place, like company insights and intent signals. It makes prospecting much faster and more targeted so we can focus on reaching the right people at the right time. Prioritizing the right accounts is much easier as we can see which companies are actively researching topics related to our solutions, making outreach much more relevant. The initial setup of ZoomInfo Sales was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data accuracy is something which can be improved, like providing direct phone numbers and email addresses for someone who has been recently joined or moved to a new company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting and building targeted account lists. It helps us find the right contacts quickly and get accurate company data, making outreach much more relevant and targeted. This streamlines identifying decision makers and speeds up the process.
