ZoomInfo has improved our business exponentially!
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me access to information in half the time it would have taken going more traditional routes. Super easy to use, super easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information is outdated are incorrect, there will be multiple lists themes for one role at a company, and a few of them will be people that haven't worked for the company in years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us find the right contact person most of the team, so we don't have to go through in this cycles of calling, getting run around, and not getting information of the person we need to speak to

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me a lot in data gathering for my prospects like their emails, mobile numbers and other important information

I am happy. No problems faced as of now.

Zoominfo provides accruate data of my prospects which benefits me in numerous ways like less bounced emails, more conversations with customers on phone etc

The intent signals for buying intent & recent role changes are incredible

It's a bit expensive but you'll pay it off swiftly

What do you like best about the product?
If I am ever having trouble finding a Decision Maker, I can easily go in and search for the C-Suite contact that will be able to make decisions. It also gives a lot of information about recent news, intent data, and the ability to micro-focus on accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Must have license to use (paid) or you have to watch a live demo for a free license. The free license is limited to 10 contacts. It is expensive and suited for "larger" companies/corporations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When your organization has bad data, you do not reach the right connections. Withh Zoominfo, I can find accurate information.

Easy to use and integration bw hubspot and salesforce.

A+ contacts are not correct. sometimes the info and intent is not valid.

Its solving a big problem where an individual has to mine all the data throughout the internet to outreach for a person but with the help of zoominfo you will be able to search all the employees with just a company their contacts along with the their intent decision makers and best thing about zooominfo is the extention.

Signup process uncompletable, broken in two different ways for me

I guess the website looks nice? That's all I can honestly say, because the signup process was uncompletable for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The signup form hung on Firefox when I submitted.
Then, when I switched to Chrome, it looked like it worked, but I never received a signup/welcome email. I double-checked the spam folder for the next hour, but it never arrived.

It is easy to use , it helps users to generate leads based on specific criteria such as industry, revenue, company size, and geographic location. It Can intergrate with Salesforce CRM. Provide company profile, contact information such email Add, job title and contact number.

ZoomInfo provides vast amounts of contact and company data, the accuracy of that data is not always perfect. Contacts may change jobs or companies, or information may become outdated.

It gives me details on company size, contact information like email Add, phone number and job title. It helped me inidentifying prospects by anlysisng their buying intent and build targted outreach activity.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is a b2b database vendor provider, the best thing of it for us is the quality of all the leads stored in it.

the cost is high even if you have good number of license.
