Zoominfo Sales has made it much easier for our team to locate contact information for prospects that were previously difficult to find. In addition, their AI-powered emails are well crafted and have noticeably improved our open rates. The Webtracks feature also provides valuable insight into who is visiting our website, which helps us run nurture campaigns to engage and warm up potential leads.

One drawback is that it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the amount of information available. However, refining your searches can help manage this.

Zoominfo has made it much easier for us to reach those hard-to-find contacts at prospective companies. Since we offer highly technical products, it can often be challenging to locate the right people within facilities through online searches alone. With Zoominfo, we are able to identify the contacts we need, and we also benefit from additional insights such as intent data, responsiveness, and other key information about the company. The platform integrates smoothly with Hubspot, ensuring that data is efficiently shared across our resources.

Very easy to import to salesforce. Also wildly accurate phone numbers for a cold caller like me

I like that ZoomInfo has so much detail and good contact listings. It makes finding and getting in touch with clients better. It also is very easy to use and I can use it several times a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't find companies that list there name differently than the listing in ZoomInfo. It doesn't happen a lot...but...it has happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helped us by providing a great place to find company information that we could not find by a typical Google search. It is also quicker than just using Google.

I appreciate being able to access information about the company, as well as the maps that help me see where decision makers are located, which ensures I stay within my sales territory. I also find it helpful that we can easily find emails and contact numbers.

I have noticed that Zoom frequently lists individuals as active employees, but when I try to contact them, I often discover that they actually left the company, sometimes as long as two or three years ago.

Also, some contact information can be outdated, which requires additional manual verification. The biggest impact is outdated contacts being tied to the wrong company profiles, which leads to confusion during outreach and slows down campaign execution.
