Lots of Great Contacts and Useful Information
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of good contacts and information that I can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts are long-gone from the company. It's embarrassing to call someone that's been gone for 5 years. (Or worse--passed away a couple years ago.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding correct contacts for outreach via phone and email. (LinkedIn is rather outdated these days and doesn't give email addresses, anyway.)
Make it easier to target fortune 5000 companies
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily find mobile phone numbers and emails for top prospects. This includes contacts at huge companies as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very easy to learn at first. I wish there were more tutorials and training guides for teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is providing me much needed points of contact with key decision makers at very large companies. Without ZoomInfo I would have little to no way of contacting directors at these companies.
Rapid Contact Discovery, Minimal Setup Hassle
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to get the information I need in literally seconds that would have taken me several minutes previously, and might've even cost money to obtain (assuming it's even available). I was astonished at how easy it was to set up ZoomInfo Sales. It's saved me thousands of dollars in time that I didn't have to spend hunting down prospect contact info. Works extremely well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have to log in over and over again in the same day. I guess I'm not as familiar with using the actual site as I'd like to be because I very often get clunky results there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to fill information gaps by providing additional contact methods. It helps me get necessary information in seconds, saving time and money that I'd have spent hunting down the info on social media sites and databases.
Great tool to get lead data
What do you like best about the product?
Very good database of leads helps faster lead generation and open the sales to new accounts. Integration with Salesforce CRM is a great help. It reduced all the manual effort reps has to put in to share accounts to Zoominfo and get leads back to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some regions quality of lead was not great, especially for APJ accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It pulls lead accounts from Salesforce and provides intelligence about each account. It also surfaces the contacts within those accounts, with multiple filters to help find the right contacts that a sales rep can work with directly. Then it pushes those contacts back into Salesforce so the team can act on them. Overall it helps increase sales.
Essential for Targeting Potential Clients
What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to search for potential clients for security services, and I really like how it actually can notice what type of company it is, giving me a better understanding of potential clients. It's a better way to offer our services. I also enjoy the daily updates on who is searching for security services, allowing me to find the type of company and where it is located. The initial setup was very easy, and I rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't give the actual person who is looking for the security services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to better understand potential clients, identify company types and locations, and receive daily updates on companies searching for security services.
ZoomInfo Sales Delivers Valuable Account Insights for Smarter Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales assists me in learning valuable information and buying characteristics about a target account and feeds me intelligent information on how to present a solution to decison-makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, the information is out of date and needs correcting/updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales gets me a step ahead of my competition by providing valuable buyer information and tips/tricks on how to position my solution
Boosted Contact Connection and Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to access the information provided by ZoomInfo Sales, like the intent data and company overview details. It also gives me access to the intelligence feed. My favorite part is the intent feature, as it lets me know if a company intends to upgrade or modernize their technologies. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, thanks to the base camp training that was part of our training curriculum, which helped us get a basic overview of its functions and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say if we could see if there was more contact information on different or varying levels, sometimes there are only one or two contacts. If we could provide more information regarding being able to send an email even if it's just a general email box or if we're able to add additional contacts with valid email addresses or phone numbers or both, that would be great. That would really help to increase the ability to contact these customers and schedule more appointments with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to locate updated contacts for prospecting. It solves contact issues when details are outdated, providing updated emails and numbers. I reach 50-60% more clients, and it efficiently helps me schedule more appointments and connect with more clients.
ZoomInfo’s Easiest Workflow for Pulling Organized Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of pulling contacts in an organized manner - after using other similar platforms (ie: Apollo), ZoomInfo by far has the easiest workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to only bulk export 500 leads at a time sometimes causes roadblock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our mass outbounding efforts have been made much easier with ZoomInfo. Specifically by being able to filter with "Likely to engage" and lead confidence scores.
Intuitive UX and Unrivalled Data Depth
What do you like best about the product?
First the UX is great. Very intuitive and even when I'm unsure of certain fields, filters and outputs there is an information box that you can review to understand what and why the functionality does.
The depth and breadth of data in my opinion is unrivalled. Competitor solutions claim they have the data, but in reality they don't

What do you dislike about the product?
The lookalike company feature is a little black box. I've asked my account manager to explain how it works and even they are unable to tell me how. That said, it's not a game changer for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an agency subscriber, the product helps my business solve our clients ubiquitous data and targeting challenges - from understanding the size of their market, the make up of that market, the data points associated with accounts and contacts - all designed to shape targeting and data sourcing/enrichment decisions that otherwise our clients wouldn't be able to make. As VP Data & Analytics, the product allows us to set the tone for what our work as an agency becomes. The data available to us helps informs our go to market positioning and activation for our clients.
Intuitive and Efficient for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that ZoomInfo Sales is very intuitive and has updated information. I also appreciate the insights section that alerts about trends on the homepage. Additionally, I find the filtering part very suitable, with good options that allow for more precise searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it seems to me that with the new developments in artificial intelligence, I haven't explored the functionalities, but maybe by knowing a little more, I could incorporate or use artificial intelligence within itself.

I use ZoomInfo Sales to search for clients in specific geographic areas and reduce prospecting times, concentrating everything in a single tool.
