What do you like best about the product?
It makes the life of a Sales Rep much easier, saves on so much time and helps us in reaching out to decision-makers quickly.
We also get information/insights around what the company is using or going through using ZoomInfo (Tech Stack, Scoop).
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough contact info for European contacts. Email ids and contact nos. are not there for European contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us in reaching out to the decision makers faster, we don't need to spend time in hunting for their email ids and phone nos.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of the interface,
Quality of lead data, and intent data, which provides intel on the buying intent of various organizations
Integration with CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application tends to be slow
I would expect ZI to have native integrations with many more CRMs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intent signals to reach out to the right customer at the right time
Lead data that helps in mining contacts
Account level and contact level information

What do you like best about the product?
Database: It's huge and they keep it fresh.
Usability: Easy-peasy to use and get around.
Integrations: Plays nice with other CRMs. Zero drama.
Filters: Super precise. A total lifesaver.
Outreach: Got those direct lines and emails. So slick.
Analytics: Straight to the point. No beating around the bush.

Some smaller businesses have mentioned that the platform might be a bit steep for their wallet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've got this huge list that helps teams find the right leads they're looking for.
Data Accuracy: You know how business stuff changes all the time? Well, having the latest contact info is key. ZoomInfo keeps things fresh, so you're not wasting time on old or wrong leads.
Segmentation: With ZoomInfo, you can slice and dice your audience just how you want, making your outreach feel more personal and spot-on.

A tool that can provide more than just contact number

What do you like best about the product?
- It has various tools that show great intent from the relevant account list
- It has contact information for a vast number of employees in an account
- it shows technological information related to an account (things like tech landscape)
What do you dislike about the product?
- Login is an issue sometimes; the site tends to take time to load
- The contact info of lower management people tend to be wrong at time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is solving many problems that I've experienced with sales in the past. One of the biggest issues was finding accurate and up-to-date contact information for potential clients. With SalesOS, I can quickly and easily access verified information on decision-makers, making it much easier to connect with the right people and close deals. Additionally, SalesOS helps me stay organized and efficient by providing tools for lead management and tracking sales performance. Overall, SalesOS has been a huge asset to my sales process and has saved me a lot of time and frustration.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of tools out in the market for prospecting but ZoomInfo has been the most user-friendly one that I have used so far. The extension, the market updates, trends and other additional features allows me to reduce time running back and forth on other sites and focus on the call/email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not always correct and the other features can be wonky at times - wish there is a better way to streamline all the helpful features into the chrome extension as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with doing outreach and reaching the right person/company for introductions, and research providing context on the prospects.

ZoomInfo SalesOS is a great tool, it prepares a list of data based on your requirement with the contact details of the Leads makes it easy for you spend time only on the hot Leads
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it provides outdated information on contacts and it''s overpriced

As a SaaS sales exective, It's helping me get in touch with the relevant contacts and companies to sell our SaaS product, saving a lot time.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead generating capability of zoominfo is nothing just awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesAI assistant is something that i didnot like about Zoominfo.

Zoominfo is solving a neglected issue of mobile version. I can easily use it from anywhere.

Zoominfo is a highly reliable and efficient platform for anyone looking to enhance prospecting and lead-generation efforts. Its extensive database, and user-friendly interface make it easy to find the prospects in your target market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, data is not 100% correct. I would say 85-90% of the time it's right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo increases the outbound prospecting efforts with the robust database they offer.
