ZoomInfo a literal game changer for Lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
When I first started using ZoomInfo I thought it was just another product but when I saw how my worktime reduced, I really began to understand it's true potential. The amount of data gathering it does and the real time updates really amazed me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there is nothing lacking in the product as a whole, for me it felt that the UI took some getting used and the cost for the service provided is a bit on the higher side. Regarding the cost I'd say because we are a small company that's just getting started. Other than that it's wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally I have felt that the verification process and the data gathering ability has helped me greatly. The amount of time it took me to generate and verify all the leads has been done for me in its entirety. I have felt the slack of doing the above has been cutout. I would like to add about some issues like data inconsistency but apart from that a great product overall.
ZoomInfo for CRM and LeadGen
What do you like best about the product?
When I started using ZoomInfo the best part I liked about it was the CRM integration and the LeadGen ability of it. It's so easy to use and is very user friendly. Way to go ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me personally I have found some inaccurate data and the pricing was a bit too much for companies that are just starting off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have pointed out earlier as well, I think the data gathering ability of ZoomInfo is massive and I have so much yet to explore. It provides me information about the companies that I want to onboard and their respective info as well like their size and revenue and their contact information. It's so easy to reach out. My work has been cut out to a certain extent I would say.
ZoomInfo is an amazing tool for people who work in mid scale startups who are looking to upscale.

I think the various information it provides with respect to lead generation likewhat industry the company belongs to their size, revenue etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have sdomwhere felt that for startups with a small capacity the cost is a tad too high and have found some data discrepancies while gathering data regarding a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have mentioned earlier I think it provides a large amount of data for a specific lead. I have found it to be helpful in market research and information about companies which would be interested in our product.
Excellent tool for Sales and lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
Lead generation has been amazing. AI integration has helped with so many other things as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel enterprise edition can still be negotiated as it is a still tad bit expensive for 0-20 employees startup i.e. mid range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think personally in my field it helps in lead generation and gathering intelligence related to the same. I have spent a lot of time manually scraping through a lot websites to gather the same. But with ZoomInfo that work has been mitigated to a great deal.

Mobile nos, correct email addresses and easy UI to check insights on target accounts.

Intent data can be improved. Tech stack sometimes show outdated info.

Finding right party contacts and their contact details.
Great business tool for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's Chrome browser add-on is great for scraping data from various sources like websites and social media. It's easy to use and quality of data is very high.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is a great sales tool, It's a bit expensive for Startups

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and integration is very simple in this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as much. Sometimes i have to restart it inbetween while using it.

For me it becomes very easy capture leads from the market. As well as sales i am able to generate is tremendeous.

What do you like best about the product?
it is best for getting email and phone numbers along with that we can easily get the insight and intent data of our websites and by that, we can easily connect with the prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much less we will not get the email for all prospects and data is not up to date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the main of Email bouncing because in this we will get verified emails and I can easily verify the emails in bulk I can call the prospect by using ZoomInfo numbers and I can connect with them not only that I can get the intent signal who all are interested in our product and I can connect with them too and I can easily find the list of account on based of specific industry and region that will help us a lot to reach out to those accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is easy to use and has a nice interface. They also appreciate that it helps them find good leads, which is important for their sales work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is that ZoomInfo Sales is a bit expensive, especially for a startup company. Users wishes it was more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The great use of ZoomInfo for me is prospecting. It helps me find leads quickly, saving me time and effort. I get valuable insights, allowing me to tailor messages for better engagement.
Zoominfo is helpful but can do better

The data in zoominfo is really good, we can get almost any data esp in the US but not much outside US

The UI is not great, the usability is confusing and data for outside US does not exist.

We do a lot of cold emails, and we want to find prospects, so we use it.
