What do you like best about the product?
I do not have any sales expierence before getting into my position a year ago. Without Zoom Sales I am unsure where I would even be. I took full advantage of all the free courses offered as well as the tranings with a person from Zoom offered. Everything has dramatically helped me established and take my sales to the next level. I use it everyday, with ease, and if I ever have an issue I know they are quick email or phone call away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work with a lot of smaller companies as well; at times they lack information for the smaller companies. I have learned to submit or ask for more information on companies and at times I have returned weeks later to see it entered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to be able to find and locate hundreds of people on a regular basis and so do my co-workers. We use this daily to find and access this information with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The ZoomInfo application is very easy to use. User friendly, easy to understand and a good source of account verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
When matching with SalesForce, there is no view in ZoomInfo to show in the Zoominfo hierarchy which accounts is currently in our SFDC system and which one is not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is verifying account hierarchies with unique ZoomInfo ID's that help our company realign our account to the correct Top Level Accounts and clean up our accounts in SFDC.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature it the elastic search through which we can search a contact by designation, level, contacts has email id or not, the phone is a direct number or a cell number and narrowing it down to quick view for better copy paste
What do you dislike about the product?
the cost is too high to procure, maybe this is something zoominfo can think of to sell more license and to more audience

What do you like best about the product?
The ZoomInfo Intent feature is a great tool for finding the right contacts at the right company at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is the available contact information for people at smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps us find top real estate-related decision makers at companies. Finding the right contact trims down the time spend on otherwise tedious and time-consuming work.

Everything an Account executive needs for outbounding outreach

What do you like best about the product?
As an account executive, Zoom info is where i live to accomplish my daily outbounding work, which is closely tied to my daily KPIs. The ease of use, and integration capabilitites ensures all my activities are well recorded for follow ups and accounted for. Support team has been real quick everytime I dealt with them. Zoom info makes my life as an AE 10x easier and faster. Any sequence or sales play I GTM and implement, starts off at Zoom Info.

there is really nothing I can think off which is a limitation within Zoom info sales

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to find contact information for high level managers nationwide. Great training from the staff. This software allows you to search so many different things.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gives a lot of non-working numbers. Would like more updated info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing to find information on all the different companies in any industry or area that I would like to build my clientelle.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a great platform to use when looking up business, their addresses, contact info and contact phone numbers. Great tool for any salesperson! Easy to navigate, with loads of great info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to locate what you are looking for, but with pratice in the system, it's does become easeir to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes is easier to locate DMs. It beats the grind of walking and knocking to get contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Zoominfo is the quality of contacts we get from the Platform. Considering that we have used many plartforms , Zoominfo comes on top in terms of the quality of the contacts and how easy it is to use. Out of all the platforms we have used, Zoominfo has be best interface and is user friendly even to someone who does not have to much experience. I use the Platform everyday for my research, scoops and buyer intent signals, and all these functionalities tie in perfectly with what I do and helps in making me more efficient in the way I work. I also love how easy it s to Intergrate Zoominfo with any other platform that you use. In my case, I was using ZoomInfo SalesOS and ZoomInfo Engage for outreach, and it worked perfectly. The implementation was smooth and the customer success team played a crucial role in making us successful in using the platform and when we have any challenges, they are quick to respond and assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think 1 thing I did not like, which I think ZoomInfo is already working on it, but I wish ZoomInfo had a LinkedIn Automation where I can send LinkedIn Connection Request and InMails and still have visibility within ZoomInfo. For my role, that would be the cherry on top. It would be great having that functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The B2B SaaS space is flooded with different organizations, selling different products and services. As a sales person, you will have to stand out in order to be successful, and for that, ZoomInfo was the perfect fit to help me and my team to be successful. First of all, you need good quality leads/contacts for you to present your offering to prospects. ZoomInfo was able to help solve this through the quality leads and contacts they have. Second was the Buyer Intent and Scoops. This has helped me and the team to know who is on the market for what and where there might be some interest and when we do outreach, we have more information and it helps when you talk to a prospect and you are talking to them about something that they are currently looking for, increasing the chance of you adding the person to your pipeline and eventually close the deal. This is my favourite feature as it helps me and the team to stay on top of the game.
