Zoominfo has launched Copilot and updated its UI. This is a quite enhanced version of ZoomInfo, which makes it easier to find company insights! With the help of Copilot, the time spent on ZoomInfo fetching company information has been significantly reduced.

What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo needs to improve on the hierarachy accuracy better.
They can integrate with Hunter.io or other tools to map the right recent updates in the company employees and Hierarchy.
CRM Integration is still weak and needs to add more CRM Apps, as many companies use different CRMs.
Scoops data or Intent data are still a concern which is not real-time.

A Platform with a wealth of Information
What do you like best about the product?
The System contains a huge sum of data, not only a wealth of Accounts which can be sxported to Excel, but also a ton of contacts with email addresses and phone numbers. I use ZoomInfo a lot to flesh out my database and CRM System allowing for a breadth of data access. The feature which allows us to export data to excel is also great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search bar can be a bit clunky, and sometimes when I search for specific contacts with the orgaanisation in the name it doesn't understand. For example, if I search 'Jon March JMPC', it thinks the mans name ends in JPMC and as such comes up with no results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to filter Businesses by industry and revenue, we are then able to export this to an excel, allowing us to build out a strong 'target' list in an industry we want to break in too. It also allows us to keep mor eup-to date emails of out clients and potential clients, including hone nubmers and Linkedin Profiles.

It solves the issue of getting all the information about the lead, the cell number, where they have worked, what could be there buying interest

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like about Zoom info SalesOS is the accuracy of the information that is available for us to consume, we can trust the information that is put out there and it makes it easier for me to approach a customer with a tailored approach and not a generic one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at the moment, as my experience with Zoominfo has been pleasant so far.

It is helping me with more closures and a better forecast rate, along with building a qualified pipeline.
Great Experience with Zoominfo
What do you like best about the product?
My experience with ZoomInfo has been quite mixed. Although from contactability standpoint, I have not faced any issue with ZoomInfo. I have not come across many cases of not having the right contact. The support has been right to the point, with relevant CSM's coming into play and FAQ articles already reposited. I have used the tool frequently throughout my tenure. It is easy to use. Implementation of the tool took as less as few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intent signals from Zoominfo are not properly vetted. This results in bad interpretation. Number of features are too many and it becomes a little complicated. It does not integrate well with Freshsales CRM for lead generation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Info is solving the issue of contactability in emerging markets and is also helping to streamline the entire outbound-ops. The other thing it benefits is to bring in velocity to the outbound approach as we can attach certain tags and work in a fast paced manner.

Zoominfo integrates with CRM's well and gives good contact data for prospects.

Sometimes the software is clunky and does not have update info.

Zoom info solves the problem of getting accurate customer and prospect info quickyly.
Prospecting Powerhouse with Smart Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting and sales intelligence for my targeted accounts. It helps me identify the right stakeholders in a company along with their contact details. I really like the intent signals part the most because it helps me understand companies who are in the market or might be exploring similar products. It's better than shooting in the dark. They have been bringing a lot of innovation in their product, and I currently don't see any major gaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think ZoomInfo does not provide real time update as Sales Navigator does. That's what is currently missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to identify the right stakeholders in a company with their contact details. It also helps me understand which companies are in the market, avoiding guessing games.
