What do you like best about the product?
It gives us the ability to prospect and get direct contact details to clients. Making it very easy to get pass the gate keeper and speak directly to the decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
South African mines does not have a big footprint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is solving problems with email marketing and contacting clients directly. When it comes to getting client information, it is difficult and most switch board operators are not willing to share client details. With zoominfo I can prospect and speak to the relevant decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Zoominfo provides you with an incisive & thorough understanding of the account hierarchy through an 'Organization Chart'.
2. The most interesting feature is the intent alert that pops up for the desired account lists if uploaded in Zoominfo. It opens a new window to prospects day in and day out.
3. The 24/7 Zoominfo Chrome extension has been my extended wing to unlock the contact details and the fire emoji shows the most correct email ID & contact details which is an outstanding feature that every tool should look out for.
4.Zoominfo's UI/UX has been the most credible interface among the other sales tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I do feel that the database for African countries can be a little more fine-tuned and it can be vast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Zoominfo is revolutionizing the Sales function by providing the most accurate details about contact details which have been an unresolvable issue since the last decade.
2. It was difficult to map the ICPs in a company and it takes a lot of manual effort but Zoominfo has made it a cakewalk by providing extensive details about an account starting from Decision Makers to Influencers.

There may be a few invalid details or information at times.

It makes lead mining very easy and it helps in getting useful insights about prospects and organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo's in-bulk features are great. For example, it's so easy to find specific contacts in the thousands.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's integration with Salesforce is glitchy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's generally tough to find accurate contacts in bulk. With Zoominfo, I was able to cut a 4 hour manual process to 10 minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Well to be specific, I have been using Zoominfo since 2019 and used in 3 different organisations. Currently using mainly for Lead Generation and Account management. Best part is accuracy and quality of data. I would not say is 100%, however better than other tools. I recently acquired a Big account with the help of zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think cost of the tool is 5 times more than the other tool and also I tried their customer support it reall sucks. If someone from the team read this plz work on your customer support or technical support.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding cell phone numbers for prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info is a bit outdated in terms of job tittle, tech tools, and contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the issue of finding a list of people that are in out ICP with contact info included. It is benefiting us because we can now target these people.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to help me reach out to any account or persona 8/10 times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be improved. Too many filters and options. Can be right sized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me do my own prospecting and build my own lead/contact lists without depending on Marketing. Working with marketing to do this usually doesn't give me even 50% of what I want. So ZI is my Outbound Magic Wand

The possibility of narrowing down information to the size which is useful for real-life business prospection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to understand better the meaning of "intent" and be able to configure how to set up intent to my reseaarch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is the main source of contact information within a company, providing valuable insights about who is responsible for what, and how to reach out to each one of the prospective leads, through email or business phone, even providing insights on how likely they are about responding.
