One of the biggest advantages is how seamlessly ZoomInfo integrates with Salesforce. The automatic activity tracking removes manual work, keeps my pipeline organized, and creates full visibility across my team.

While ZoomInfo isn’t specifically designed for locating very small businesses or individual owners, that limitation doesn’t impact my workflow. In my line of work, I’m primarily focused on larger organizations, established groups, and executive-level contacts — areas where ZoomInfo excels. The platform’s data depth, accuracy, and integrations still make it one of the most valuable tools I use.

As a sales professional, I find ZoomInfo Sales incredibly helpful from the discovery stage to closure, providing me with detailed information about the company, its verticals, revenue, funding, employee size, and POC details. I like how it helps structure my conversations in the right direction. I appreciate the ease of access and the crisp, user-friendly UX & UI that requires no technical heavy lifting. Instead of working with raw data, ZoomInfo Sales helps me build a clean structure to secure new business, instills confidence during calls by ensuring I've done my research, and most importantly, it saves time. The ease of access and user-friendly design also mean no major training is required to get users up to speed. The initial setup was smooth and straightforward, and I would undeniably recommend it to a friend or colleague.

I use ZoomInfo Sales to find my clients' general information, and it helps me get direct information so I can call them directly without wasting time. I like that it offers options to speak with people at the VP level. It's also great that it provides information about companies and is very simple and easy to use. The initial setup was very easy, which I love.

I use ZoomInfo Sales to quickly get direct information on clients, allowing me to call them directly and speak with VP-level contacts. It saves time by bypassing gatekeepers and is very simple and easy to use.
Effortless Salesforce Integration, Minor Tweaks Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I find that ZoomInfo Sales is very adaptive with Salesforce most of the time. It's easy to transfer contacts from ZoomInfo Sales over to my Salesforce account. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that a lot of the times I have to search for the Salesforce account on ZoomInfo Sales, because it states there isn't an account associated yet. It would be better if ZoomInfo Sales made the sales accounts of Salesforce more compatible. When I try to transfer new contacts to an already established account in Salesforce, ZoomInfo Sales says there is no account associated and wants me to create a new account in Salesforce. I have to manually search for the account and then click on it, so it doesn't create a whole new account in Salesforce.

I use ZoomInfo Sales for accessing contact information of prospects, and it integrates well with Salesforce, making it easy to transfer contacts between the two platforms.
Targeted contact data has powered outbound campaigns and now drives our partnership outreach
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for
ZoomInfo is pulling contacts for outbound marketing campaigns.
For our recent partnership with AWS Marketplace, I used ZoomInfo to pull certain contacts that matched our target ICP of job titles and companies, and then I implemented that into our outbound marketing.
I just use ZoomInfo for pulling contacts that we don't have in our current database.
What is most valuable?
For our small use case, the best feature ZoomInfo offers is pulling contact information, and from what I've seen, the information is normally pretty accurate.
When I say the contact information is accurate, I find that it definitely saves outbound approach or accuracy because if the contacts aren't accurate, the emails we send are going to bounce and it's going to affect our reputation score, and obviously the message won't get to the intended person.
ZoomInfo has impacted my organization positively because with our new partnership, we were able to add thousands of contacts that we never would have had otherwise, and it's been huge on getting our messaging out and really been the backbone behind our marketing.
What needs improvement?
I think ZoomInfo can be improved by getting the accuracy closer to 99%, as I mentioned it's about 95% accurate, but we do run the information through a secondary source just to validate the bounces, so that would just be great for us and I wouldn't have to run the information through another tool.

We just use ZoomInfo for a simple marketing case of pulling contacts, but I think it's really scalable; you can get as many or as few as you want and it's all relatively simple to do so.

I haven't previously used a different solution for this.

I didn't evaluate other options before choosing ZoomInfo, because it was already implemented at my current job when I started.
What was our ROI?
I would say I've seen a return on investment; I probably can't give you a number, but it's been huge because we're able to get contacts that we can email and outreach that we didn't have before.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I don't deal with pricing here at my current organization, so I'm not 100% sure about the pricing, setup cost, and licensing.
What other advice do I have?
I give ZoomInfo the highest rating because just from everything I've done, if anybody's going to have information to find somebody, it'll be ZoomInfo; to me, they're the industry leader of finding contact information and enriching contacts.
My advice to others looking into using ZoomInfo is to go with it; in my personal opinion, it's the industry leader of enriching and pulling contact data, so I would say give it a try and you won't be disappointed.
I would rate ZoomInfo a 10 on a scale of one to 10.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it to fill in missing prospect information or to discover new prospects. The HubSpot integration is a great feature as well. The platform is very user-friendly and straightforward to implement, making the whole process smooth and efficient.

It may reduce the number of calls you are able to make in a single day.

This tool helps me correct inaccurate contact information by updating phone numbers and email addresses. Additionally, it provides access to C-level contacts at the companies I am trying to reach.
Powerful Prospecting Tool with Robust Data and Smart Filters

It provides a significant amount of data when researching accounts to prospect into. I really like the ability to filter contact titles and locations.

I understand this is somewhat subjective - but I do wish the data was more accurate and could be counted on a bit more.

It's allowing me to have multiple contacts within an organization to reach out to that I don't normally have access to. It's great to not feel like you have one shot at prospecting into an account.

It's the most comprehensive database for finding accounts and contacts for our outbound efforts. I can trust that the data I'm pulling will be robust and accurate, and the interface is incredibly easy to use.

Like all database tools, you have to understand that the contact data won't be 100% accurate. That's not really a ZoomInfo problem, but a tools problem in general.

Not only can we get a look at our entire ICP with their list builder, we can also see who is outside of our vision with tools like Intent and Websights. ZoomInfo gives us the full picture of who we should be targeting from an outbound perspective to help us drive pipeline.
