The de facto standard for B2B data
What do you like best about the product?
Huge volume of contact info, org-charts and technographic data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the huge volume of data, some percentage of it is always out of date. For instance a contact might have moved on to a new company and Zoom still shows them at the previous role, or, Zoom might say that they are using a certain piece of infrastructure but when you reach someone and talk to them you find out that they switched suppliers already.
This is inherent with all b2b data sources, and I think that the percentage of stale data is comparable across competitors.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing B2B outreach is dependent on being able to find direct contact info - direct phone numbers and email addresses. Zoom provides more phone #s and emails than any other provider I've used.
Additionally using account intelligence to locate target companies that align to your Ideal Customer Profile is critical to selecting the right companies to target. Zoom info provides adequate technographic data for this purpose. The quality of the technographics data is similar to other providers but the volume is far more than other players in this space.

One stop shop for everything I need for effective lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is a robust solution for anyone in sales and allows me to quickly research prospects, build lists of contacts to reach out to, obtain accurate contact info for those contacts, and gain a better understanding of the technologies those prospects are using within their organization. It's easy to use and I can do all of these things within minutes, not hours! I use ZoomInfo every single day, especially their ReachOut Google Chrome extension. Highly recommend for anyone in a sales role.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users, I feel there is a bit of a learning curve to using ZoomInfo and to get the most benefit out of using it. It is very feature rich, so new users need to dedicate time to training and familiarizing themselves with everything they offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me solve the problem of ensuring I always have accurate data regarding companies that I am targeting, prospect's contact information, market research, and technologies that my prospects are using. These are crucial things that are mandatory to have if you are a salesperson in 2023. ZoomInfo allows me to obtain this information quickly so I can spend most of my time doing what's important, prospecting into new accounts and setting meetings for my sales team!

The easy integration with other platforms and gets work done with less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The widget sometimes gets slow and have to refresh it to get it working.

Get to know the intents of the companies for the particular platform and also the means of connecting with a prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Zoominfo has many different features, one of my favorite is the "Scoops" feature because it provides insight in to certain pain points the company might be facing or any upcoming projects, and this info helps you to tailor you pitch tot the customer. I also like how it has the intent features because it helps verify the scoops in a sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lease helpful feature for me is the "technology and attributes" mainly because it is not very relevant for my particular scope of business and therefore i do not use it much

Zoominfo SalesOS helps me discover high propect accounts and find the correct contacts / decision makers which ultimately helps speed up my prospecting efforts

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it integrates with Outreach and I can pull prospects straight from sales navigator to the platform. It's a nice database and most of the people I prospect into have some contact information listed. It's also good for company insights and mapping out an org if need be. As a SDR, not sure how I would do my job without access to phone numbers so I consider Zoominfo as a need to have. I use it every day with out fail and it's pretty simple and straight foward to use. Any Sales person could implement this into their process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's incorrect contact info which can be awkward or company information that is out of date. I've submitted requests to fix info but it seems to take quite a while for anything to change. I feel bad for some of the people that I call as a result of incorrect numbers listed because they are getting blown up by sales people for no reason!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows me to gain data and insights on my prospects so I can reach out to them effectively. This allows me to do my job and get paid!

What do you like best about the product?
The new advanced search is a game changer! It makes it so much easier to target a list of accounts or a specific persona. I also like getting notifications on saved searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
The think I dislike the most is sometimes the speed can be a bit slow when searching for an account but otherwise it is very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generate lead lists faster than before.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreicate the simplicity of the platform. The overall ecosystem flows well for my everyday use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Numbers are not always up to date. Sometimes mobiles will not be for the prospect. It'll be a family member or close friend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves for finding leads, new contacts, and giving confidence that I'm calling the right person.
Great way for prospecting, sometimes not the most accurate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoominfo continues to innvovate their advanced searches. I appreciated being able to learn new filtering methods and ways to target prospects/accounts that may give you the best chance of success. I think Zoominfo is a great way for new logo teams pulling in new accounts and new prospects to increase the amount of outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I notice that sometimes that data on an account may not be accurate with employee count (based off of LinkedIN or a confirmed count from an employee at the location.) Also sometimes accounts have no contact information tied to them even if they state they do have high employee counts (information or data not available). I am not sure if this is a zoominfo problem or something else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really benefit from the ability to copy and paste a Lead's email address and domain to route it to an account I am trying to search for.

What do you like best about the product?
Fire leads, or 'likely to engage' leads are fairly accurate. The extension in Sales Navigator is a irreplacable prospecting motion for me and our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data accuracy, without Sales Navigator as primary source of truth, you will sift through a ton of folks who are no longer with the org.

What do you like best about the product?
Access to information is easy and intuitive. Using it on a daily basis to improve my outreach, I know that without ZoomInfo, my numbers would suffer. The Chrome Extenison is must for sure, super easy integration that gives your powerful info very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information, generally the phone numbers, aren't always correct. Maybe a 75/25 split. I'm understanding of the scraping to get these phone numbers and if the information is incorrect, I update and move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to information. Without it, I would not have the powerful information to not only reach a prospect, but to have up to date info on their company, etc.
