Very happy with experience, Zoominfo is a must for the work I do.
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow capabilities is my favorite feature. After defining and filtering my ICP I will get updates via email about any new companies or news on my current targets. Great to have something working in the background for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes would be because of the industry I am in. I know in other industry intent and filtering based on technologies works well. But in the Legal space, it seems to lack some info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides contact info for our ICP, email, phone.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to be able to find the personas I need to speak with, along with ways I can reach out to them. When I have a questions, their customer service is very quick at following up as well. I use it everyday and it integrates well with Salesforce. It was easy to learn and grasp. I appreciate the intent information and the description of current technologies in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand that it is a challenge maintaining records current as people are always changing roles and companies. However, that is the thing I dislike the most, is that at times emails/phone numbers are no longer current. This can present some frustration.

Helping me find both which companies are in the market for solutions we provide and also who the best individuals would be to reach out to.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has an unbelievably vast database of contact numbers and emails of people around the world. For anyone in sales who must conduct outbound messaging, it is an essential tool. It is very simple and intuitive to use, and it also helps gauge account priority/interest in your product as well through its Intent tool. Also, the Customer Support team at ZoomInfo is professional and responds right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Besides not having the contact numbers or being able to even guess the correct emails for a lot of people, I don't like how often ZoomInfo requires you to manually select the Account/Company each contact belongs to. In this way, it's natural language and fuzzy matching capabilities are still not perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me find contact numbers and emails for most of my prospects. It also helps me prioritize which accounts to target based on the intent feature that informs me what companies are searching + most interested in.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the intent feature of ZoomInfo SalesOS along with the important filters that can help me zero down on my ICP. It is really easy to use and it is Integrated with SalesLoft so saves a lot of time in exporting the data and adding it to my SalesLoft cadence.

It doesn't help if you don't have any contact for an account, so ideally, there should be no accounts where there are no contacts available

The tool helps me in building a pool of prospects in NO time

I like being able to find directories on every one of my target accounts. I like the customizable query tools and the Intent feature.

There are some contacts with incomplete information and contact info. I also wish it had a better UI.

SalesOS is my primary database for prospecting and finding new leads. I'm able to use data from SalesOS to make connections and build my pipeline.

The chrome plugin makes it crazy easy to find data on prospect websites or linkedIn

it's not the most intuitive tool. I know there's probably a ton of features and value that I'm not leveraging.

It helps me find and capture about 80% of the contact info I'm looking for with prospects. Making it easier to get in touch with decision makers and build pipeline.

Its very quick and easy to get contact info on leads, I use it every day. I also love how seamlessly it integrates with salesforce - eliminaing that manual work.

Sometimes the phone numbers are not accurate & a lot of times the HQ number is imported into salesforce so we have to go back and swap it out.

The contact information and company details were often inaccurate and outdated. Thus, it made it incredibly difficult to trust the data and wasted valuable resources and time on futile outreach efforts on accounts
