What do you like best about the product?
The ability for the tool to integrate into my flow of work is so important to my everyday use. The ease of use leads to a high frequency of use. The information is accurate and consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
More cell phone numbers would be ideal but also hard to obtain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generate new leads with accurate information. When we are doing primarily cold outreach, being able to quickly find contacts and their information is crucial to being efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that is very easy to navigate accounts and contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data isn't always extremely accurate but it's accurate enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest problem is finishing out what companies are researching and what contacts make the most sense to reach out to. ZI helps with that

What do you like best about the product?
This helps us reach out to the right person in the company to be able to know their main pain points and provide solutions and recommendations as their solution/software provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some instances that ZoomInfo can't display information mostly for very small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, there are instances that the company info of the customer on their website is not enough and Zooninfo is one of our go to applications in finding information we are looking for not available in their website or in their account.

Faster, Better, Accurate results from ZoomInfo

What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy of contact information. The simplicity of research and the speed of receiving that info is impeccable. It is almost childs play when it comes to navigating your platform. I also love that I am notified within the app of recent updates and of how likely a contact is to respond to emails or calls. The customer support team is remarkable in their response and their eguidance in assisting you via email or call is childsplay and very easy. They are well clued up on their product which is quite satifying. I was even more excited when I realized that they integrate with LinkedIn and Zoho CRM and the process was so easy which made it even more satifying and less time consuming to import information from ZoomInfo. This is the 1st thing I open every morning and the last thing I closed at the end of my day. It is honestly a relationship one has with this platform due to its accuracy and ones need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Business or Company profiling info needs faster updating. the fact that I tend to find some businesses are no longer existent or the website is no longer, does add some frustration and confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and comparing and updating emails and contact numbers was a great help. Also checking pout the latest snoop of News on the business was rewarding. When one platform indicates that a contact has left the business or that their email response shows thay are no longer based at the company then navigating through ZoomInfo would be the norm for me to locate the contacts new position and also as to which company they will be based at and how long thet have been in that post. the fact that ZoomInfo also has a contacts LinkedIn Link which takes you straight ot that platform ios a an added bonus of less time consumption. I am honestly able to to my duties with ease and peace of mind. I actually feel spoilt with the help of ZoomInfo.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo proves to be a valuable asset for sales and prospecting with its comprehensive data.The user interface deserves applause for its simplicity and ease of use.The ZoomInfo extension is a helpful tool, seamlessly integrating with browsers and aiding research.
What do you dislike about the product?
While generally accurate, occasional data discrepancies require caution. The recent change in copying phone numbers, necessitating a dedicated copy button, is a notable inconvenience, disrupting the otherwise smooth experience.
As we work on the Australian market, ZoomInfo could benefit from enhanced data coverage in this region.
Zoominfo extension experiences occasional lags which disrupt workflow efficiency, It is an aspect that needs attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is solving the problem of prospecting. It gives a good oversight about the prospects making it easier to approach them by providing people's information and details about the company as well like which tech they are using and employee sizes, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The database is incredibly comprehensive. This coupled with the ability to link to other tools (Salesforce, Outreach, GMail) make it a powerful part of a sales software stack
What do you dislike about the product?
The database seems to lag a bit when it comes to mergers and employee movement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting the proper persona is paramount in my particular sales initiative. I find that zoominfo SalesOS org chart and job titles are generally very scrubbed and accurate. Saves me wasted outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Very good insights on behavior and search patterns of companies looking at my company and competitors, big database of potential touch points.
Ability to research overall interest and search by users as well as topic specific break down of interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
slightly outdated data unfortunately, compared to other search databases such as Lusha.
Zoominfo is mostly correct for north america data, for APAC sometimes not up to date.
could offer better filters for websights, i.e. size of company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
shows intent by accounts, websights and also provides info on contacts, emails or phone numbers.
helps to see how market is moving, and which companies are interested

The information, especially phone numbers, aren't always accurate

I am part of the sales team here at Employment Hero so my day to day job involves a high volume of calls and emails. I use ZoomInfo when I need to look for the right decision maker for the business and want to reach out to them directly

What do you like best about the product?
How easily it handles bulk exports of contact info how relevant the data tends to be and the frequency with which it is updated is something to marvel.

Literally, a few clicks on the advanced search option and hundreds of prospects are added straight into my CRM for me to be contacted with ease. Furthermore, Zoom is integrated with SalesLoft which is a great additional feature.

I use it daily and have done for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prospect Africa and Asia a lot. i find in gig centric economy zoom struggles to gain relevant calling info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am directly responsible for pipe generation at my company's premises, and Zoom has been incredibly important in helping me hit my quota via the combination of identifying buying intent from accounts, as well as accurate personal data on prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Using Zoominfo in sales is helpful to be able to prospect new accounts. It is also great for trying to find potential decision makers within a company. Zoominfo is very helpful when it comes to finding information for a needed contacct as well. There are many features that you can set that narrow down your search and more custom to what your needs are
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall I have with ZoomInfo, is the information on contacts being out of date. I have called contacts to find out they have left the company 14 years prior. Im not sure how they can make this better, but once they do it will be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me solve my common problem of not getting the needed contact information from a gatekeeper. This allows me to narrow the contact down if given a name, or department. Most often I can find who I am looking for and contact them directly.
