What do you like best about the product?
It is a helpful tool for viewing revenue, intent, existing technologies, and finding POCs
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always accurate. Revenue can be way off, and sometimes employees haven't worked for the company in years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For outbound motions, having the right POC is crucial. ZoomInfo is a great tool to help locate those people and their contact information.
Great tool for quick info
What do you like best about the product?
I love the extension capabilities for quick prospecting and the breadth of information on the tool - phone, emails, multiple mobiles and the ability to mark info as incorrectt. It is easy to pull data and add to internal systems or integrate with my team's CRM as a BD
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see previous companies and roles in an employee's timeline - sometimes it shows the right company for the current role, but has the previous company's HQ line or direct line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reduce manual tasks and employee searching by seeing it all in one place. This saves me over 5-10 hours a week. I am also able to reach out to companies that have familiarity with my organization or are actively searching for solutions related to what I sell.
ZoomInfo Sales OS used daily
What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo SalesOS daily and appreciate the accuracy it provides. When I need updated info about an account or client contact information, I can trust when I go to SalesOS it is there.

the only thing I dislike is that it provides too much information. that may be a good thing for others.

ZoomInfo SalesOS is providing me with up to date and accurate contact date for accounts in my territory.
Couldn't do my job without it
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the first thing I open every morning. I start my day with prospecting which is the most tedious part of my role but ZoomInfo makes it easy to identify the best prospects, with good phone numbers and emails. The integration into Salesforce make exproting those cotnacts to the right accoutns an organized and seamless process. On top of that, the intent signals and WebSights provided are almost always somewhat accurate and give me great levredge when I'm reaching out cold to a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish some of the prospect data was a little more accurate sometimes. While I almost always get a good number or email to reach out to, sometimes the prospect is no longer at the company and ZoomInfo just hasn't caught up with LinkedIn yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a BDR and alot of my role feels like shooting in the dark. ZoomInfo helps me find the best leads and accounts to reach out to based on their intent signals though which helps me stay focused on accounts that matter and ultimatley keep me from wasting time in areas I won't find as much success.
Outbound Prospecting Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to sync salesforce accounts into ZoomInfo to easily find contacts in your territory, ability to search for accounts and contacts with industry relevant intent, ability to send contacts directly to Salesforce and outreach, chrome exten sion very helpful when navigating websites

job title is rarely accurate, employee count not always accurate

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoominfo as a data provider. It integrates with Outreach allowing me to export contacts in seconds. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone numbers are inaccurate or contact info is missing. For the most part, it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoominfo, I don't have to scour the internet for contact information. It's all right there for me to access.
Could replace several platforms with this
What do you like best about the product?
I've been in three different sales roles and have always had the luxury of being a user. My favorite feature is the Zoom Intent. I have found several companies actively evaluating a value prop at my current company, which has made it exponentially easier to have a slightly warmer contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom Intent leveraged an AI tool to filter out some of the noise. I would say Intent is accurate to 30%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management, Intent, evaluation, progress

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is being able to contact the right people in specific roles that I know i want to speak with. As well as, being able to contact them directly on their cell phones has been much more effective in my role.

The only dislike would be sometimes the system seems to be very slow on certain days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contact information for the clients i am prospecting into. It benefits me by allowing me to avoid gate-keepers and get in touch with key decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has helped me a tremendous amount by saving time searching for new businesses and leads. I'm able to call in directly to the correct point of contact frequently and establish a much warmer first touch, which always leads to better success!
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo can be a bit tricky to learn due to the multiple advanced features. When you know how to use them they are great for leads, however, if you don't know how to use them it can severely limit your prospecting success through ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly refining their Contacts list, so I'm able to check POC's from old accounts or opportunities to see if the information is still relevant or if I need to update my info.
