Simple and easy connection with salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily scroll the web on sites like Linkedin Sales Navigator and put contacts on the spot director into Salesforec as new leads/contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just that data isn't 100% but no similar too is. I'd still say this is the highest quality of contact info on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so much data its hard to tell whats true and ZoomInfo helps verify contact data within the outbound process.

Great for finding accurate contact info for almost anyone, especially key stakeholders

Can lag at times when uploading contact info to SFDC

ZoomInfo gives me a way to contact prospects found through Linkedin which helps me find key stakeholders in the sales process

What do you like best about the product?
what i find the most useful is it has one of the higher probablities of having a correct number when doing my cold outreach compared to other simlar tools
What do you dislike about the product?
unclear how to sequence net new prospects effiencly from sales navigator to sales force then outreach. is there a step i can skip or a way to simplify this

email tracking, helps me narrow down my funnel into warmer leads if i know prospects have been interacting and reading or opening emials

What do you like best about the product?
The scoops and info provided on accounts, also the way ZoomInfo ca tell you if the account is researching topics similar to your companies offering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cell phone and phone numbers can be spotty at times. I've gotten a contacts significant other's phone a handful of times. leaves for an awkward situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing automation to define what and who within an account we should reach out too

I wouldn't be able to do my job without SalesOS - has the best intent/search functionality out of all competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM sync is not frequent enough and the application is quite buggy.

Targeting accounts.
Amazing platform for Outbound
What do you like best about the product?
Sourcing of new accounts and contacts has been much easier with Zoominfo. I have been using it frequently to source my outbound list. It integrates easily with my Salesloft hence transferring contacts has been simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account search can be more enhanced using key words
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps firms by providing more insights about a particular business, key contacts, new events etc

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the phone numbers I get are accurate, I feel like I can count on the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails I get are sometimes a best guess, which is fine, but not always efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting phone numbers and emails.

How easy it is to access contacts and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts on ZoomInfo are outdated/ have wrong information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding multiple contacts to help find the decision maker helps save a lot of time and maximize prospecting.
Although not always accurate, it is to a sufficient degree to be a useful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can be incorporated into an existing CRM, allowing contacts to be exported directly. It's not always up-to-date in terms of accuracy of role, but it is correct often enough to be useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Australian user it would be handy to be able to filter contacts by state.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to identify staff in roles relevant to the product they we sell, and provides email and direct phone contact details. This allows me to market directly to an identified target when no contact details currently exist in our CRM.
A Tool I Need
What do you like best about the product?
Contact information is fairly accurate and as up-to-date as possible, especially cell phones and work emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chrome extension provides more contact information than just finding someone on salesOS. Granted, they share that it's less reliable information, but I would love for that same format to show up when searching someone on the actual site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have access to someone's profile or company bio, but no best contact information. With ZoomInfo, we have that information and there's a few good ways to find it. It's the best source of contact that we've been able to find.
