Amazing Access to Leads

Effectively generate leads how YOU want

What do you like best about the product?
I've used ZoomInfo Sales for two years now at two different places of work and it has been the most effective way for me to identify my most succesful markets and generate effective lists with the right contacts.

There are loads of parameters and viewable data you can use to filter down a list to exactly who you need to reach.
Searching for contact and company information is easy and quick. You can nitpick specific accounts or contacts from generated searches and
identify highly engaging methods of communication for specific customers through ZoomInfo's "hot" signals, reported by other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Big learning curve. Occasionally there are severely outdated contacts.

Search "all results" for a specific name should be able to order related accounts a bit better: small issues not being able to view the accounts that match the name you search at the top and instead getting lost on the 2nd, 3rd page etc. while names that don't match your search quite as well may be found on the first page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating effective lists for my outbound sales team and identifying our most succesful markets and contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It is great for making lead lists and narrowing down key accounts in specific geographies and industries. It provides up to date contact information for thousands of key contacts and helps give insights on leads and accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information is missing for certain accounts but overall no real downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct access to key contact information. Benefits me by helping me reach the decision maker directly.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo makes prospecting so much more impactful by providing search insight reporting and being able to identify decisionmakers at prospects. I am able to tag companies I want to keep an eye in as well as build automated reports for regions and industries. I use it daily as I am always searching for new prospects and reasons to contact them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that I have really found a downside, information is critical and having ZoomInfo as a resource is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI helps me determine the best method to establish contact; email addresses help and the 'fire' bug on the best contact menthod (likelihood of responding) is a great addition. Intent searches really help prioritize leads and make for more confident outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
My perspective if focused on Customer data for CS Team within B2B SaaS.

The depth of information you get from ZoomInfo is very impressive. Having the ability to seamlessly integrate that with our CRM data supports numerous workstreams from Customer Segmentation, Reference recommendations, and staying on to of Organizational changes. Setting up lists. All very simple and easy to set up and iterate on.

I love the Enhance feature to ensure completeness in datasets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously all of the data isn't perfect and their can be time lags or incorrect Org charts. I'd like an easier way to pass saved search results directly to my CRM for flagging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When existing customers get acquired it is such a pain point to find the right people to try and engage, ZoomInfo supports that tremendously. You can see the key players within the Parent Co as well as a view into their Tech Stack and identify where you can try and connect with them on how you're Company can support or replace Tech they already have.

Best Data research/Mining tool for sales teams in the market

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of data that we receive in Zoominfo is at the highest level and more accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't faced any much issues with this tool currently. I am enjoying my time with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, I have used many tools in the market, the number of leads for which I used to get data was lesser and less accurate. Zoominfo solve all those issues

Sales Technology Disrupter of the Century!

What do you like best about the product?
Having been in sales for almost 15 years, the dynamics of my day, critical activities of prospecting, documeneting, pivots with technology changes with CRM, has been absolutely disrupted by ZoomInfo. Long gone are the day of cold calling, figuring out the strategies of going upstream, or a companies DNA in the market and internally. An Activity when prospecting or going to market would take maybe 20 hours or so just to land the strategy and the true decision maker, are solved within a click and call. Building out time in my week to prospect as a seperate activity to making cold outreach calls or email blasts or researching on the companies website, has not only increased my entire strategy, but has increased my salary substantially. The ease of integration and implementation to our CRM has been SO easy and I have been through two CRM updates with ZoomInfo. Customer Support is excellent and the Extension on my desktop truly lets me live and breathe sales , and my why. I use ZoomInfo all day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with most things, nothing is perfect. There are instances where a person may no longer be employed at a company, but highly unlikely at the enterprise, C-Suite or procurement level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe ZoomInfo has put 20 hours back into my work week to focus on the activities that really get the deals across the finish line. Furthermore, understanding Key stateholders and their background, and other insight around them is a gamechanger when when meeting with my buyers.

Great tool for Mobile Numbers, Direct Numbers, & Emails - Highly Recommend

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very easy to use. There is plenty of contact information for all types of industries. A lot of mobile numbers too which increase connect rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. I know people typically say the information is not accurate. But those people typically export massive lists. I would recommend hand sourcing the leads and putting them into the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZoomInfo I am easily able to find my prospects contact information without having to use multiple data sources. Doesn't matter the industry ZoomInfo has the data
