ZoomInfo SalesOS = Game-Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is an amazing company research and contact export platform. It enables our sales teams to reach their targets with precision and ease. They're able to dive into the intent, website visits, scoops, etc. to supercharge their sales strategy. They're able to engage the right prospects with the right story at the right time. Using the tool contributes to their funnel and wins, and optimizes their seller productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is great! I would recommend adding more options in Advanced Search such as filter out companies without a website listed, or allow a maximum amount of contacts to populate per company in search results. Having more options would help sellers get more granular into their prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales solves many problems. To list a few:
1. Targeted prospecting and lead generation: Helps us identify the right prospects and leads by providing us data that sales reps can build targeted lists for outreach campaigns
2. Data quality and enrichmen: Helps us identify contact methods (phone, email, social media, etc.) for outreach efforts.
3. Intent data and web insights: Helps us understand what companies are interested in and what websites they are visitings so we can personalize our campaigns.

Best about Zoominfo is that it helps our SDR team to quickly reach out to the contacts, wherein we source contacts and account intel from it,

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using ZoomInfo, I struggled to find emails and reach decision-makers, but it has significantly increased contacts and revenue for my company by saving me a tremendous amount of time in sourcing connections.
ZoomInfo can catapult the amount of time you have to focus on what matters
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly do advanced searches based on job titles, a pre-setup buying group, and tune the searches based on your unique target market and size and having access to all phone, mobile and email contacts allows you to cut tons of time of prospecting and qualification, and allows you to focus more on just selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am currently happy with the service and dont have any negative comments about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to spend days, weeks and sometimes months to figure out who the decision maker is, now its just a matter of a few touches.
Contacts sourcing
What do you like best about the product?
It gives us the easy view of the contacts by department which in turn helps to priortize top leads and work on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is not correct some of the times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo gives the contacts information such as the email address, phone numbers and Linkedin profile of the leads which helps us to reach out to the buying commitee and helps to come to a conclusion quickly.
Don't know how I sold before this
What do you like best about the product?
It is so user friendly, and it connects right to my LinkedIn. I genuinely wouldn't be half as well of as I am in my current connections and business without contacts in Zoom. I use it every day all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only think i would change is the ability to mark when a contact is disconnected, or out of date.

finding contacts for people I need to be in touch with.
Highly accurate and effective
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about ZoomInfo Sales is the extension. Its ability to gather data quickly on most company's websites is incredible. Contact information is very accurate, and if an email or number needs to be updated ZoomInfo is quick to respond to contact info update requests. 10/10!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downsides. However, I'd recommend that we have semi-frequent product training or pro-tip reminders either through a "did you know?" pop-up or emails to all power users.
I feel like a big, maybe unknown, pain for the majority of sales organizations is that their BDRs and AEs do not utilize their tech stack to its fullest potential. Simplify because they don't incorporate frequent product training(s) on their tech stack or check in with their reps on how things are going.
I'm just a data-savvy BDR and I appreciate learning and having access to a well-rounded solution, so just thought I'd shed light on this.

ZoomInfo helps me identify the correct contact or persona that I'm targeting because there are many instances when our CRM does not have the correct information. It's greatly benefiting me by getting in front of the right person and company.

Zoominfo is the leader in the b2b market, at pratham we create school and institutes database and try to sell our elearning services

The advanced search takes time to open the searched entry
