What do you like best about the product?
my SDR team always praises us after buying zoominfo, it supports us in sourcing new data daily and easily generate new leads, qualify existing ones. with cell numbers bypass the gatekeeper. database is healthy

wish they did something with the export limit, but with other competitors they are giving desent credits to download

we regularly get the account intelliegence which helps in getting SQL's

What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo Sales primarily for prospecting and finding new contacts at different accounts, and I appreciate how it helps me stay organized by allowing seamless integration with Salesforce for moving new prospects and leads. The platform keeps me efficient and ensures I am reaching out to the right people with accurate contact information, significantly reducing email bounce rates and enhancing my outreach efforts. I really enjoy the ease of use with its browser extension, making my workflow very efficient. Furthermore, I admire the constant innovation by ZoomInfo Sales, even though I haven't heavily utilized the copilot feature yet, I am eager to incorporate it into my workflow. Additionally, the advanced search and intent signals feature is incredibly beneficial, as it provides insight into the right contacts and potential leads. The initial setup was very easy with single sign-on, making the process smooth. Finally, the secure and quick operation of ZoomInfo Sales, combined with its comprehensive features, makes me highly likely to recommend it to others.

I honestly can't find anything to criticize here. Zoominfo fully meets the expectations of both my team and myself.

I rely on ZoomInfo Sales to keep my prospecting efforts organized, which helps me achieve high response rates through accurate outreach. Its seamless integration with Salesforce allows me to work efficiently, always having access to the correct contact information.

The data we receive from ZoomInfo is always accurate and helpful. I have the best Account Manager and CS rep. They are so helpful and help me create automations that help the sales teams.

Mostly on data side, have seen some discrepancies with some phone numbers and mobile numbers, outside of that the platform is pretty intuitive.

Its easy to use, I love intent specially.

Its like having a billionaire's rolodex in your browser. Honestly the best investment we've ever made. Their onboarding team makes implementation super easy, and if you need support their client care and account managers are always around to help. We integrated with Salesforce in a couple of clicks, not a day goes by that we dont use ZI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We dont have to go out and knock on doors or talk to gate keepers, ever. We only call cellphone numbers. Its an investment, and not a cheap one at that, but if you use it to the best of its ability you'll be glad you did.

It has a vast database, providing access to countless verified and upto date contacts and companies information. The advance filters help us to provide precise targated search which help in saving time and effort in prospecting. The customer support is very active and provide instant support. The tool is highy flexible and wasy to integrate with CRM tools like Salesfore and Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the database is extensive, but it do not allow user to update details. Sotimes colloborative effors gives more precise and upto date information. The interface at the begning can be overwhelming, however, the training moduls are very helpful to get familiarzing with its features and functionalities.
