Very impressed with ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
The ease to use the platform. It is a great platform for finding new contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
The token count restriction is a little frustrating because it restricts my abilities on the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to find better contacts at my target clients/account. Many times it gives me an additional contact to lead to more opportunity.

My experience with ZoomInfo has been fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, its fast and very reliable. The phone numbers and emails are correct pretty much every-time. Integrates well with salesforce and LinkedIn. Everything is user friendly, never have a problem uploading contacts from Zoominfo to salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have any complaints currently, everything works well and is fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to contact people faster than a lot of other methods. Populating accounts into salesforce is so quick and easy.

Life Saving Tool
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is a mandatory prospecting tool for anyone that is prospecting and searching for company information. The company layouts on an enterprise layout and crucial for having relevant conversations with the Business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Zoom's revenue information, and since you acquired them I am sure you will not have this problem anymore. But we need updated revenue information in order to have a conversation with the account, and Zoom has been our source of truth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are massive! I am always referencing the breakdown and charts of company information and have always benefited from knowing the org. chart and who is who's boss. That way I can develope relevant conversations about their organizational structure and have conversations with other colleagues around the main contact as well.

Use the Org. Charts always, super helpful in navigating customer conversations

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is very slick and easy to use. The integrations with Outreach and SFDC make it easy to keep contact / company information up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say 15 - 20% of the contact information isn't correct

breaking into new organizations

Validating contact information to ensure contacts still work at the organizations, have the right title associated with their profile, have the right department / responsibilities associated with their profile.
Great resource for people to call
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is easy to utilize and get pertinent information about potential customers. It helped me find many people and worthy contacts to call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Repeatedly clicking to find the information you want can be cumbersome. Sometimes there is too much information that you don't necessarily need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining insight into hierarchy has proven to be extremely useful. Finding new contacts that we not available to me before has been great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Provides a plethora of contacts to make new connections.
Its good. Has some faults here and there but overall good.

The human research element. It's great to have really good data at our finger tips like this that can sync right into our systems.

When information is out of date, but says it was verified recently.

Outbound sales - and getting contact and mailing information.

What do you like best about the product?
The contact info is fairly accurate. I would say 90% of he time the data in Zoominfo is spot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. Maybe a little more background info on the contact.

Use ZoomInfo as a daily calling/e-mail strategy.
Wonderful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is a great lead generation tool. With accurate information about key decision makers and the business I can reach out and have an excellent idea of what key areas of training would most likely be needed. If any of the information about key decision makers in incorrect, I have a quick response for the person responsible for the data as to an update. Never had that with any other program we have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually I don't have any cons that come to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding those key decision makers in the various departments along with their emails and direct phones. Greatly reducing the amount of research to find the needed information.
Mission critical tool for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to import accounts list to find contacts, easily filter contacts by title and BU. This is my key use case as each and every campaign I run targets a different subset of people. DiscoverOrg makes my prospecting process WAY more efficient allowing me to save time and reach more prospects in the work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I'm targeting a certain geography, I end up with some accounts outside the scope of my search. It's never anything too offsetting, but I always scrub my export list prior to reaching out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting the gap from sales outreach quality with quantity. DiscoverOrg helps tremendously on the quantity side allowing me to focus on the quality of my messaging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More integration with Salesforce. If it were allow me to search accounts by the Account Owner in Salesforce, it would be much easier to pull lists from accounts that I know belong to my team.
