DiscoverOrg keeps eating up DB''s
What do you like best about the product?
I like that DisocverOrg has contionmuied acquiring DB's that I have used in the past making them the most complete db for infomration when it comes to trying to contact c suite and IT professional in North America.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are levels or tiers of information available. I have found numerous times that information I am seeking is not available to my level and I need to contact my administrator to purchase more data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my business to generate more pipeline.

The consistently and the way it is able to put me above my competition.

Sometimes it is slow. Otherwise I do not have many complaints.

What do you like best about the product?
I can quickly identify the companies and individual contacts that I am targeting and get their emails and direct phone numbers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am limited to only exporting 100 records per month by my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying companies that fit my target profile solves a huge problem for prospecting. I have been able to reach out to and connect with the people that I need to be speaking to.

Best tool I've used
What do you like best about the product?
So efficient and easy to find the correct contacts and their information. Direct numbers and emails are typically very up to date and correct, so reaching out to prospects is much quicker. Also very efficient for building out org charts for companies and keeping information organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technology listed for companies is not always the most up to date. The information is segmented in a way that makes it slightly difficult to find the technology most relevant to my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing time spent calling companies main number just to get the receptionists voicemail, or transferred straight into my prospects voicemail. Extremely efficient. This is the best way to find contact info for the people I meet at conferences but may have misplaced their business cards.

The best tool you will find for locating contact information. Now they have joined with DiscoverOrg, which I see as a beneficial move for all users.
Amazing Content & Controls
What do you like best about the product?
The search and export features are phenomenal! Also the reporting and company insights are very valuable. I think ZoomInfo has a top notch product that will help any organization excel in sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pages can be congested (i.e. Contact drop down) Also, the Reach Out feature can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead qualification and accuracy. I've seen an increase in speed to market which is crucial as well as more accurate data.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't know how I got by in past sales positions without the help and insights zoom has provided to get me in touch with the right contacts, providing complete and direct contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about zoom is that they don't have insights into every single company I want to get in touch with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to get in touch with the right people, decision makers. Zoom provides direct lines, mobile numbers and email addresses. It's a must have for any sales institution.

I would highly recommend giving it a try, I think you will find it more than helpful.

the ability to find and get peoples information for outreach in one place

So far I don't really dislike anything. It's taking me so time to get comfortable with how everything works. but no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get to decision makers quicker and having their direct info has been fantastic to have.
Solid experience, a few weaknesses
What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensiveness of large companies is quite decent. When it comes to smaller or more obscure accounts, there is far less data. My research has shown me that DiscoverOrg is one of the best in the industry, so the reality seems to be that this is about as good as they can get for the time being. It seems that they continue to acquire other companies, so hopefully their data gets strengthened over time. Again, my research has shown that it seems to be best in industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of accounts, I'd really prefer more security contacts, as that is the main industry I sell to. They need to build out their accounts and contacts more. Additionally, it is often difficult to sync with Salesforce. Many times it works correctly. Some of their features like "opp finder" or whatever they call it don't seem to be overly useful, and it's a bit unclear as to how to use. Overall I think they are trying to have good additional features and tools beyond simply providing phone and emails, however I haven't found much value from those to this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts. It's great because I'm able to import phone numbers and emails directly into Salesforce, which can be a very slick workflow. Really the key benefit here vs Linked In sales navigator is that it provides the phone numbers. It's quite easy to guess emails without this tool, although the phone numbers are really the key here.

Go for it! A solid tool as long as it fits into your budget.

The things I like best are the HR org charts and scoops.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found that the information is incorrect at times and that wastes my time trying to track it down. I then have to validate which takes further time.

Sales intelligence for fortune 500 companies. I've contacted and secured one meeting so far.
