Useful, user-friendly, and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
The alerts that come to you around scoops and company information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there is incorrect information for smaller sized companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation. The benefits - better qualified leads to reach out to.

I would recommend using the service, but ensure to talk to your sales team to see if its the right fit for them
Powerful tool - accurate data
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoominfo has direct lines at least 60-70% of the time, and even when there isn't info on an individual, I can typically use the email format from their peers and the company phone number to find sufficient information. It is very rare that I absolutely cannot get in contact with someone after looking them up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it takes credits/extra money to enrich lists of prospects even when you have a license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clean and easy data vs. scraping for shoddy phone numbers and emails that will bounce.

easy to use, info provided is great. Almost necessary for sales teams

Some people that show up are no longer with the company, but zoominfo provides the date they were last able to pull the info, giving you a good idea of how relevant the contact is

What do you like best about the product?
I use the extension almost everyday - it's great that it pops out and finds the contact automatically when you're using LinkedIn. The information is also more accurate than other tools that I've used - in terms of both emails and phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a lot of clicks in the extension to add a contact to Salesforce or Outreach - I wish it was a little smoother because I spend a lot of time prospecting people. Another thing that I noticed is that ZoomInfo often won't find the account match in Salesforce even though the account already exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting higher delivery rates across my sales campaigns, which increased my sales prospecting effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps allow me to find people I need to when I have minimal information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gives you too many people but you can easily filter through them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my lack of information problem and D Org gives good insight into a company, their work force, and whats happened recently.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of contact info and new contacts available. I have found pretty much every company that I have searched for which helps me with prospecting new customers and understanding more about their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike or would change at this time. The price is fairly high, but it seems to be worth it at this point. I don't really enjoy the coin feature when it comes to saving searches or saving companies that I work with or will regularly work with or revisit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to locate individuals that are relatable to my business needs and contact info is available. Being able to get an inside look into customers and the company that they work for is very beneficial and I plan to continue to utilize this tool.

Zoominfo and Vanguard - a perfect partnership
What do you like best about the product?
I have been an avid Zoominfo.com fan, user, and advocate for years. I have been instrumental in bring Zoominfo.com on company wide at several companies I have worked with. Just recently I introduced Zoominfo.com to Vanguard Cleaning Systems and spread-headed bring Zoominfo.com on with our company nationally at 72 locations. Zoominfo.com provides accurate, current, detailed information on prospects that our invaluable to our Business Development team. I love that it has direct phone numbers, not just corp head quarters, but direct lines. There is nothing like it on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could search by email address if we have it. But for the most part Zoominfo.com is hard not to love.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to specifically target decision makers in our field. You can contact the wrong person a thousand times and get no where. Zoominfo.com helps our team target the correct contact. We are saving time on research and having productive dialog with the right people.

This is not an inexpensive option but of you are serious about Business Development there simply is no comparison. Zoominfo.com delivers what they promise.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy and automated the DiscoverOrg tool is to use. Every time I go to a website the extension pops up immediately with the appropriate contact
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts number, title, and email our outdated. This is tough because when you reach out asking for that person they may not even work there now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DicoverOrg provides benefits in increasing productivity and being more efficient. Often times prospecting can be very time consuming and tedious, but with DiscoverOrg it frees up time and allows me to do what will bring more sales.

Make sure you unlock the appropriate level of people you are trying to contact. Also, double checking the person title and their current position is accurate on LinkedIn.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about Zoom's data is that majority of the contact records have direct lines. Easy to look up records and can quickly grab contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their contact records can be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Support isn't that great - can be hard to get a hold of some people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting better, high quality data records. Able to recommend the product without being worried that it doesn't meet the expectations that I laid out.

The data is great with direct lines - it is a bit on the pricey side, but you get good data. It's usually pretty reliable and has good contact records.

The scoops feature is cool and also the deal predict feature. I wish I knew how to use it more efficiently
