A Good experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to look up companies and see everything you need to know in one area
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not too fond of the fact that everything is locked until you pay for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving different ways to find people to go to our events
Effective source of current contact and organization info
What do you like best about the product?
I have found that if Discoverorg has the company's information it is very accurate - esp. up-to-date on email addresses and phone numbers. This allows us to use accurate email addresses to extrapolate out to other contacts that may not be listed in Discoverorg w/emails that get there.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts within a company are a bit slim-.and SMB is not always well represented. Creating a list of companies about which you'd like to receive alerts is not as easy as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to add better contacts to nurture campaigns.

I love being able to upload instantly to my Salesforce.

Some of the information is not up to date on prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to look at the different technologies that certain companies are using. Very helpful as an SDR.
Very Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best are all the options you get when it comes to filters. I can very specifically tailor most personas I am looking for just by selecting the filters I want. The DB is very simple, and I love that I can save searches before exporting any data. That way, when I am ready to export, all I have to do is refresh my list, and I am ready to go. I also like for the most part; the quality seems to be very high for these contacts. I also like that we can export unlimited amounts of contacts (maybe it's based on the license we have, I'm not sure) without paying for credits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that many contacts do not have email addresses. I always have to remove these contacts because, for our purposes, we need to have their email address. It can be frustrating having a list of 1,000 where 200 of those emails are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg is helping us grow our database. We rely on them for a lot of intelligence of accounts for example who our competitor's customers are. There are some really great features that DiscoverOrg has like OppAlerts that I would like to explore more in the future as well. This is helping us narrow down what we are looking for so that we aren't dumping tons of contacts into our database that we may or may not need. We want the right people and DiscoverOrg is helping us find them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think now that Zoom Info and DiscoverOrg will be one, there will be a lot more information and the quality will improve vastly. I think they are headed in the right direction, we enjoy using them.
Discover has helped a lot in giving me information
What do you like best about the product?
One factor that i enjoy most about discover is the organizational charts it provides. The executive summary also give a lot of good info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of times emails are missing are blocked. For one company every single number listed is out of service. I think it just needs to update its database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to prospect and know who to reach out too. With the charts you know who reports to who and it helps mold conversations.
User Friendly and Great Data
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is so easy to use and has an extensive amount of search capabilities. It only took about a week to be able to do extensive searches. I was amazed that you can search by SIC Codes.
What do you dislike about the product?
When exporting the data to a spreadsheet sometimes can come out oddly formatted. There are very few flaws with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct person of contact. And finding new leads that meet our Requirements. Being able to narrow down to how many employees, hospital beds and even their Revenue is a major help.

Give more information on what acquiring ZoomInfo does for the data or levels of service that you provide

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has been the best tool I've used to find the proper org chart and contact information for my prospects. They have done a phenominal job setting up the user interface in order to make the funcaitonality as compatible to user experience as possible. I do enjoy the responsiveness to request for information. DiscoverOrg has done a great job partnering and integrating with other key tools (Salesforce, salesloft, outreach, etc.) inorder to make the experiences of contacting prospects seamless and light lift.
What do you dislike about the product?
DiscoverOrg occasionally, has wrong information, however they normally fix it quickly upon request. They have a team of people who are dedicated to support your efforts and work diligently on your behalf to figure out who the key stakeholders are in an organziationan as well as find the proper contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one place to use for prospecting. When I have to reach out to proespects I often have a tough time understanding organziational strucutre, who the key players are and who reports to who within large Is organizaitons. DiscoverOrg has done a great job inorder to structrue all of this to help the user know who is in charge, what their best form of contact inofmriaton is and how what time they should be contacted. This is a great tool for solving these business challenges and I would hightly recommened to anyone else in a account devleopment role who is looking to do the same.

High Quality but Expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Very solid database of direct contact information, direct dials and emails. Scoops is a great feature to suggest new companies and prospects. The technographic details they have on companies is a great feature to find people with specific tech installed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Company org charts could be more built out. Cost is also high for a small number of users and increasing due to the acquisitions DiscoverOrg has made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using DiscoverOrg to generate new business. Using the database to find the right contacts and their place in the org, and using scoops to target more precisely.

Market leader in this space, one of the best choices to make. Support is very good. Definitely recommend.
