Could not do my job without Zoominfo
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoominfo as a data provider. It integrates with Outreach allowing me to export contacts in seconds. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone numbers are inaccurate or contact info is missing. For the most part, it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoominfo, I don't have to scour the internet for contact information. It's all right there for me to access.
Could replace several platforms with this
What do you like best about the product?
I've been in three different sales roles and have always had the luxury of being a user. My favorite feature is the Zoom Intent. I have found several companies actively evaluating a value prop at my current company, which has made it exponentially easier to have a slightly warmer contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom Intent leveraged an AI tool to filter out some of the noise. I would say Intent is accurate to 30%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management, Intent, evaluation, progress
Accurate data that makes prospecting much more effecient
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is being able to contact the right people in specific roles that I know i want to speak with. As well as, being able to contact them directly on their cell phones has been much more effective in my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike would be sometimes the system seems to be very slow on certain days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contact information for the clients i am prospecting into. It benefits me by allowing me to avoid gate-keepers and get in touch with key decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has helped me a tremendous amount by saving time searching for new businesses and leads. I'm able to call in directly to the correct point of contact frequently and establish a much warmer first touch, which always leads to better success!
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo can be a bit tricky to learn due to the multiple advanced features. When you know how to use them they are great for leads, however, if you don't know how to use them it can severely limit your prospecting success through ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly refining their Contacts list, so I'm able to check POC's from old accounts or opportunities to see if the information is still relevant or if I need to update my info.
Overall It is a good tool for prospecting.

Zoominfo intent I would say is the best for Sales.

Accuracy of data, some times the person doesn't work at the company they have them listed at.

Business problems zoom is helping is by being able to easily create a list of leads.
A must have for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The best parts are the websights function and the new feature that includes the filter of "likely to engage". There is so much noise in the sales world and being able to create a highly targeted list full of people most likely to engage is a gamechanger. It is a tool that I use every single day and throughout the day as well.
It also is really easy to use and if you use Hubspot - you can import contacts straight into the CRM which is super helpful.

I think it is an awesome tool, but as with a lot of contact information tools there can be stale data. For the most part though it still seems as though it is the best tool on the market still for data.

It helps me to find out who the best contacts are in the company to reach out to and it provides contact information as well.

The most helpful is getting the cell phone numbers for prospects and being able to put together bulk lists to understand your account lists better.

Many incorrect phone numbers, Intent data not correct, and outdated information on prospects.

You are able to quickly report incorrect prospect information and they change it quickly.
