Great tool for building prospecting lists

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature or Discover Org is being able to tailor searches according to what are described as 'Scoops'. These are effectively ongoing projects, pain points, transformations that Discover Org has identified within different organisations. Working for a software company being able to see which prospect accounts are looking at areas such as DevOps, Automation etc really helps me to tailor my messaging and demonstrates I understand the current goals of an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Job titles can sometimes be a bit generic and this can lead to some confusion when messaging these contacts. It would help to always have a description associated with a contact to ensure you really know what the person you are reaching out to is responsible for and more importantly what they actually care about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it is helping with is the move towards approaching new accounts/new contacts that do not have an awareness of our product. Being able to build lists of cold contacts is something we've struggled with in the past and the use of key search terms really allow us to target our messaging and engage new accounts that otherwise we wouldn't have access to. The ability to import these contacts directly into SF is also a massive time-saver.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to pull lists based on the technology stack of my customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky, old-school integration, slow to respond to searches, easily lose your spot in your search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expanding our business into a new territory without any pre-existing prospecting, DOrg is a ready made database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check which options you are buying for which territories and push on price! You can get a better deal, guaranteed.

Lots of info but out of date and constantly finding people no longer at organization

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use interface with a lot of content and generally good information on decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
information is out of date, fair number of people are not at the organization despite the notice the contact was just updated within days, scoops and other information on the company is years old, nickle and dime access to other companies and decision makers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making it easier to get access to potential decision makers - at least their email - when it is correct.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can view the org chart of a company
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how they do not Executive legal contacts into the legal department. I don't like how you are unable to pull or sync directly from LinkedIn Navigator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding who reports to who within the company org chart within a department.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. Being in sales, its a must to have something simple and provide value at the same time, which I have found in Discover. I can easily save my searches based on my area of coverage and track the scoops that are available with the daily emails. I also love the way they package things, previously using ZoomInfo, it was complicated to use based on their "credits" I love that I dont't feel restricted in my searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is not always 100% accurate but which solution is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting prospect info/data! It provides a ton of value for a startup who is creating a company from the ground up!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It may be expensive compared to other tools however it is worth it

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can get very specific with my lists and the process is very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is outdated, I wish the database was updated more frequently like when people leave an org or employee count.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to find more relevant contacts so I can help my company build a healthy pipeline

Discover .org is very simple to use and the data base is very large. Its great for pulling org charts and pulling specific data to help build good solid lists

What do you like best about the product?
I like how accurate the information is. If there is a discrepancy with information, a quick email to DiscoverOrg with help rectify that quickly (usually by the next day!)
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know how our subscription is set up, but occasionally I will not have access to certain companies in my territory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with all people in a particular IT environment. Having the Org chart really helps put in place who works for who. it makes it simpler when you know where the person falls in the chain of command specifically when you are looking for the decision maker.

If you are looking to reach particular people within an organization, the amount of information you can get from DiscoverOrg is priceless.
