ZoomInfo Saves The Day
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo makes finding company members' email addresses easy and efficient, and has SO much contact information that it seems endless. But, the more the better, and ZoomInfo is crucial to the success of my business and I know could benefit nearly all businesses the same. The setup and format of ZoomInfo is fantastic, allowing you to search by name, company, position, position type, and nearly always had up to date email addresses, or at least enough email addresses per company to suffice my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's definitely a financial commitment, and you can't have slow periods because slow periods will mean no progress and therefore a loss of money. Likewise, the login process often requires me to text a login code to my phone every time even though it's my own computer, and therefore it takes a few extra possible minutes that work could have been done (but of course not the end of the world).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving the business/research problems of a lack of contact information on company websites. ZoomInfo allows the benefits of having this information accessible to conduct further research on these companies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the trial version first of course, to get a feel for if it is what you are looking for in your data provider, and try other free trials to ensure they're not better suited for your needs, but I can ensure ZoomInfo is one of the best, if not the best, data provider available.
Very useful in a pinch for sales prospecting - but don't use it as a crutch
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Sales Navigator by LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often end up getting personal cell phone numbers, which can be very awkward if you don't know the sales prospect ahead of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling up our business quickly through cold calling and cold emailing. We have grown rapidly over the past couple years. It's much better than buying super expensive prospect lists from database companies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how discover org easily allows me to research companies and their org charts for my own internal research. Overall it is a beautiful product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that phone numbers and contact info are not always correct which complicates my process. I also would love if Discover Org would make it so that I can pull up a side widget on LinkedIn profiles so I can easily view the info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discover Org makes it very easy for me to stay orgnized while eliminating the time it takes to research companies.

Be sure to research other tools and evaluate trials to see if it best meets your needs.
DiscoverOrg Great Account Managers, Good Product
What do you like best about the product?
I like dealing with the Account Manager that was assigned to our Company the best at DiscoverOrg. He's friendly, responsive, informative and all around a good asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
DiscoverOrg's plug-in's to 3rd party apps do not work smoothly (i..e Hubspot)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use DiscoverOrg to help get more information on leads to make them easier to convert.

Read the contract very carefully.

Easy to use, great for both Enterprise & Commercial sales reps
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use & gives you access to both Enterprise & Commercial phone numbers. You also have access to multiple types of roles vs. just specific ones you've purchased.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone numbers are outdated. You can send a ticket to let them know, but it isn't quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to find direct lines for many of my prospects, which shortens the sales cycle significantly.

The accuracy and relevancy of the contact information.

Not too much at the moment. We are only using the tool to find email addresses and phones at the moment.

Zoom is great at helping us find direct contact information to support our sales process.

Nothing so far, the switch from 1.0 to 2.0 was not bad.

What do you like best about the product?
i like easy access to contacts at companies i am prospecting. In today's age many companies will not willingly provide contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not utilize cost can be a deterrent. Also contact information is sometimes lacking in smaller company searchs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales its all about finding the right person to target your products . Able to target correct person making life a bit easier and putting revenue in my pocket.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can take our ICP from a company and customer standpoint, and find prospects within minutes. Not only am I able to find them quickly but the contact information is much more up to date than some of the other tools I've used in the past.

I think that there could be easier to surface information about the companies themselves, but the I'm really in need of the specific employee info that they have tons of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to make it easier for our sales team to get better direct contact information for our prospects. Have been able to get more prospects quicker than we have been able to in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're interested then at least go through the trial and see if you can get better prospects, quicker than you have in the past. If you're able to get more, quicker than it works for you like it did for us
