What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me get some of the most accurate and up to date contact information. It can definitely be a pain trying to comb through the right information within CRMs and ZI makes this process more accurate and dependable. The org charts that are included are a big help, and the intent signals are pretty solid as well and help me prioritize my prospecting efforts with the proper personas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say that there is anything specific that I dislike. I wish I had more information about this integration because I don't think I am using it to its fullest capacity. As with any sales tools, sometimes the data isn't always 100% accurate but it is definitely better than most other options I have utilized!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the world of sales, finding the correct contact information seems like half the battle so it simplifies this for us and is accurate a majority of the time.

First source for finding contact data, including mobile numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intent data, especially, the location of the intent capture, is almost useless. Usually inaccurate data here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo ReachOut is very valuable for quickly finding about 90% of contact data
Business Resources like no other
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to research business's and have real time information when they are changes going on at that particular business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is wrong and when you submit an update you do not get a follow up to know if it was changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping leverage information for prospecting.
Zoominfo is not great in terms of data quality. However, I love the intent function!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the new ZoomInfo AI Co-pilot. The fact that I can now send personalised emails is a huge plus. I also get alerts for high-impact opportunities, which is also super helpful when your pipeline is looking dry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data quality has gone further down. There are so many other competitors out there that have much better data quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps land more deal with its intent function and seamlessly integrates with Linkedin to search up numbers and emails

Easy to navigate and find contact information, has a wide range of industries to pull from, insights are great, very easy to use, lots of features

sometimes data is outdated, bit laggy at times

finding the right contact info and making it easy to export into hubspot
Simple and easy connection with salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily scroll the web on sites like Linkedin Sales Navigator and put contacts on the spot director into Salesforec as new leads/contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just that data isn't 100% but no similar too is. I'd still say this is the highest quality of contact info on the market.

With so much data its hard to tell whats true and ZoomInfo helps verify contact data within the outbound process.

Can lag at times when uploading contact info to SFDC

ZoomInfo gives me a way to contact prospects found through Linkedin which helps me find key stakeholders in the sales process

what i find the most useful is it has one of the higher probablities of having a correct number when doing my cold outreach compared to other simlar tools
What do you dislike about the product?
unclear how to sequence net new prospects effiencly from sales navigator to sales force then outreach. is there a step i can skip or a way to simplify this

email tracking, helps me narrow down my funnel into warmer leads if i know prospects have been interacting and reading or opening emials

What do you like best about the product?
The scoops and info provided on accounts, also the way ZoomInfo ca tell you if the account is researching topics similar to your companies offering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cell phone and phone numbers can be spotty at times. I've gotten a contacts significant other's phone a handful of times. leaves for an awkward situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing automation to define what and who within an account we should reach out too

I wouldn't be able to do my job without SalesOS - has the best intent/search functionality out of all competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM sync is not frequent enough and the application is quite buggy.
