ZoomInfo is a game changer for my ABM campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the data and ease of use. My business development team praises the accuracy of the contact details. I love having the technology landscape of the accounts I'm targeting. The search capability makes it easy to identify the proper titles or accounts. The integration with HupSpot is sweet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be nice if there was a master suppression capability so we can avoid having duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expanding our target universe and identifying competitive information. ZoomInfo is a critical part of my ABM program.
Can't ask for anything better
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the best about Zooom is the easiness to navigate. The astectices of it are also very nice, as it is very pleasing to the eye. The information is usually up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how the emails/phone numbers are not already displayed. Also, Zoom should have a feature where they check and make sure the emails actually work. There has been many times where I'd reach out to people with an email from Zoom, and the email will not work. Many times also the app wll bug and log me out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm looking for people to reach out to, and I've realized Zoominfo makes it 10x easier. I also realized that this is the premier tool for anybody in charge of reaching out to people as their job. I can search for exactly what I want and find them even faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say to 100% use Zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
It is awesome when the info it gives you is accurate... Then again, most of the time it is not the case
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that you rarely get any info on a person's contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a salesperson it is important for me to find contact info of people I need to reach out to
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Hunter on the side just in case ZoomInfo's data looks dodgy or is incomplete
Used it in my previous company, it got the job done!
What do you like best about the product?
I think what I liked best about having DiscoverOrg in my previous company was having access to people's contact information like their email addresses and phone numbers so we could email and call them for sales purposes to try to schedule a meeting for Account Executives to try to sell them on our product. I also liked that you could add leads or contacts straight to Salesforce, that you did not have to manually create new lead or contact records in Salesforce, that was nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what I disliked most about DiscoverOrg that it was really hard to navigate around it when I first started using it, it was kind of confusing. Like there are a lot of tabs and thinks you can click on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems that we were trying to solve with DiscoverOrg is for sales reps to have access to people's contact information like their work email addresses and personal or work phone numbers so sales reps could contact their leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think when considering a tool like DiscoverOrg you'd have to think about all the other tools out there that can provide you with the same information. I know some people on our team paid for Lusha because you can get people's cell phone numbers and I know some people had luck with those but I don't think people like when you call their cell phone numbers so maybe having a tool like DiscoverOrg is better because it gives you HQ numbers and direct dials instead of cell phones.
Great sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is a great tool for sales professionals to use. It provides great and relevant information that sales professionals can use to prospect and reach customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo is a great platform. However, if I had to make a complaint, sometimes the organization you are looking for isnt in there or the information is not correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem the organization was looking to address was that of relevant customer contact information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to consider purchasing Zoominfo, I would caution people looking to target the enterprise level. Zoominfo is great for SMB contacts and orgs.

What do you like best about the product?
Great to be able to see the hierarchy of the company

Sometimes it has inaccurate information or companies are not on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this to find out employees in companies. I've had a much better idea when calling to sell my product.
Used while I was an SDR
What do you like best about the product?
I liked being able to map out and find additional similar orgs.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have enough direct lines and a lot of the numbers provided were incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to map out orgs in greater detail. It also assists you with different tips as to when the org will be looking to implement new technologies.
Awesome software
What do you like best about the product?
In my past role, DiscoverOrg helped me connect the dots and break into a number of organizations that I didn't think to be possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some access was restricted with my plan- however, this never proved to be a huge obstacle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account-based selling is made much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
showing a breakdown of the organization and giving me a blueprint of the company. Ease of use with chrome extension. compatible with all services used

limited availability in Latin America makes it hard to prospect there
