One of the best tools for Marketing and Sales Intelligence

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love discoverorg for the amount of information it can provide related to an account. To top it, it's 99% times accurate and covers almost everything including SMB, MM, Enterprise. It is a great tool for marketing and sales to generate leads. The advance search option is very easy to use and scoop section is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not timely updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing team uses to generate leads and it helps our sales team to get more intel on the company or an individual.

What do you like best about the product?
Neverbounce is simple to use and receive validation on emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Neverbounce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have improved our deliverability rates in our ESP.

It took too long to realize the most valuable functions

What do you like best about the product?
I like pulling new leads that I can filter by title, seniority, industry, location, and/or keyword. It helps to create more targeted sales outreach.

I also like searching through the "Scoops" by keyword. There are a couple every month that indicate a organization is looking for DAM solution (which is what we do), so we treat them as hot leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did 5+ onboarding trainings because after we purchased we really didn't see the value and I knew I was missing something. The onboarding training was always the same even though I specifically asked them to show us more than the basic overview. After about 6 months I figured out some valuable functions on my own, but it was too late given the investment so I don't think we'll be able to renew.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're still looking into the value we've realized and if there's been a ROI. We were hoping to use it as an Account Based Sales Dev tool but the team was much quicker to adapt LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Now we mostly use to pull leads & contacts into Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you know a peer in a similar position that is using it and getting value ask for their feedback on how to leverage it in the best way.

New version not user-friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I used to love using ZoomInfo to look up peoples' roles and email addresses for prospecting. Their lookup form may not have been beautiful, but it was easy and functional. There was also a Google Chrome extension called Reachout that could grab an email address from a person's linkedin page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome extension is now mysteriously gone and the Zoominfo interface had a makeover. It may be prettier now, but it's a pain to use. Plus, my coworkers and I are continually getting locked out and told we don't have accounts, when we have verified that we are paying customers.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the ability to update the case object, which we use to represent a debt in our SFDC Instance, Everything about a debt is now in one object in SFDC so a collector can see all actions taken, documents stored, etc, in one place,
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a thing tat we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales activities have grown substantially and we are now able to track all operational activities allowing additional production from our off-site workers. Positioned to grow top line revenue by 20% without any increase in operational expense.

What do you like best about the product?
We enjoyed our onboarding, the knowledgeable sales rep that we had and the accuracy of the datasets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only gripe was once you told DOrg we were terminating and will not be renewing - they turned off our team's ability to export contacts even if you have time left on your contract (this is a fine print in the hyperlinked EULA they hide in the contact). Make sure to red line that out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We looked at DOrg to start our outbound sale campaigns.

No ability to search by someone’s address

I search for people’s phone numbers mostly using Zoominfo

What do you like best about the product?
I like that our rep. is quick to answer questions - even if the answer is not what I want to hear.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it puts the recording over the notes on the file... I have time to look at the last notes on a client but not to listen to a recording during or before each call to client.
I get frustrated when the pop up Tellwise boxes come up while trying to update a client AFTER minimizing them, and they continue to keep popping up in the middle of conversations with clients.
If I have to go to open a link in another tab to update a client that has multiple accounts, of which I have many, the boxes pop up or disappear.
When dialing the "direct line" it is the main office number and the "other" is the client's direct line - so the wording is misleading, if it could be listed as "Office" on the first line and "Direct" on the second line - that would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have none yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Tellwise gives me the structure to complete my daily work functions with ease and transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a bigger box for note taking in the dialer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of knowing when my clients receive and open my information is crucial to interest and sales.

use every day utilizing new features to become acclimated with the functionality of the product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Tellwise tracks your activity so you are able to see how active you have or have not been interacting with accounts. Seeing how many calls or emails have been sent to accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how the scheduled task bar does not give you a pop up option r reminder that the task had been set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Tellwise makes my work flow much easier to work thru. It allows me to be more organized about who and when I should get in contact with my clients.
