What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and accurate information. I like how you can narrow down your searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its not up to date, or has weird titles for people. There are times when I cant find certain companies, even when using a parent company or website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting is much easier with Zoominfo, I have saved hundreds of hours searching for contacts just by using zoom info. By having access to the correct contcat info, I am able to more easily communicate with those that I need to.

I like that you can find almost every company and their info
What do you dislike about the product?
That it isn't always up to date, i think that they should definitely try to refresh the latest listings for people as much as possible

How to generate the best leads. Zoom does that

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is great for finding the correct contacts within companies. The tool is intuitive to use, and the contact information is almost always accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. The tool is generally easy to use, the information is almost always accurate, and the integration with other products such as SFDC and LinkedIn is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role as a sales professional, it is often difficult to find the correct contacts within companies. On top of that finding their direct contact information is almost impossible to find without ZoomInfo. With ZoomInfo I have achieved greater success at making contact with leads resulting in an increase in sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The direct contact information is almost always accurate. I highly recommend this for any hunter organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and updates contacts frequently. I love the list building function and that it can be imported directly into Salesforce. The support team has been helpful when I call and work with me to find solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there are bugs which can make you lose your data when searching for a prospect. Also, there are times when I get signed out when I am in the middle of a search. It would be very helpful for their to be an option to search for companies by square feet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting clients. I have direct numbers and emails so I can easily reach out to potential customers. It is very useful to be able to search by titles and to select "person is at selected location" so I know the person I am calling is at the location I am interested in. Sine my business unit works in selected locations, it makes sense to only look for contacts in specific locations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! It is so easy to use and everyday I learn a new function that Zoominfo has.

Zoom info allows you to connect with business colleagues from around the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you get blocked due to the amount of time you use the site and connections you find, which restricts contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved being able to contact business partners that have left a company.

What do you like best about the product?
The research I do is critical and the important data ZoomInfo provides assures me the most accurate information available. I enjoy using it because it's easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I do not have any dislikes. The company does regular updates to assure updates to their data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving problems of location, titles, phone numbers, company size. The benefits are precise information to connect marketing data to the right people.

Zoom 2.0 is the update I needed

What do you like best about the product?
I love the look of the site with the switch to 2.0 and how easy it is to navigate. Zoom has always been easy to use and pretty intuitive even when I couldn't find something but something about the switch to this new format has made that easier than ever. It has a clean look and the easily collapsible search fields are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes the data isn't the most up to date. I understand how hard it must be to keep millions of contacts up to date so I can't say it's a big detractor of using the site. I've found that Zoom has the most up to date info just a few months after I've found out about a change with one of my main contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me find the best contacts and leads within a health system, hospital, or medical group. Not only can I target specific departments, but I can also focus on different titles. Having different strategies has lead to success in my role and a constant source of new leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a tool to help supplement your current process of developing leads, this is it. It has so many other features as well with videos for how to use some of the features based on your role within your company. The tools they give you to make the most of the product really help enhance your experience and give you no reason to not utilize it to the best of your ability.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the biggest highlight would be the ability to collect a mass amount of leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I kept running into issues with having to resync DiscoverOrg with my other sales tools and reauthorize my account. And I mean like every other day I had to go in and do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one business problem we're solving with DiscoverOrg would be mass lead sourcing.
