What do you like best about the product?
I really like how accurate the data is. Really saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how they don't have much data in my area.. We aren't super tech advanced so getting info in my area is hard for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supplementing a bad data company that wasted a ton of my SDR's time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use. Loads quickly. Information format is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it is accurate to the point that I don't use as my primary research tool.

I use it to find out more information on a person or a company to prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
They have all the information that you need to contact prospects. I only use it for contacts in the healthcare industry, but they typically have the people that I am looking for. They also have a lot of direct numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
They recently updated the interface of the website and its a lot harder to use. They let you toggle it back and forth, which is nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with finding targeted sales leads.

Best for finding customer Emails or secondary telephone numbers

Not too much, exporting is nice as well as selecting companies to find clients within

More plug-ins would be great - for LinkedIn, on the company website, etc - to be able to get all the info from one screen

Great and accurate prospecting information

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is one of the more accurate resources I've used in terms of finding prospects professional information. It brings it all together in a neat and tidy way and makes it easy to look up a specific person's info even if you don't have certain aspects to look up this person.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while for it to register new positions, so I've had issues with getting out dated info. It gives the last date of update so that you can be aware, however that is not always the most accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find prospects information easily. It has more direct lines than other tools that I've used which makes getting in touch with people less of a hassle and more likely.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo gives you detailed information on a company or client that you might not be able to find somewhere else. It may give you an email address, direct phone number, address, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information that is provided can be outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information that might not be found other places.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good tool to use in addition to other tools - wouldn't make it my only tool that I'm using though.

What do you like best about the product?
The browser extension makes it very simple to browse websites of prospective clients, suppliers and business suppliers, to save and export useful contact information, split by department and business function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its functionality is limited beyond simply searching for contacts. If we had the money, we would have implemented a proper CRM tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we implemented Zoominfo, we spent a lot of effort laboriously contacting companies directly to prospect for leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford to stretch to implement a full CRM platform, do so.
