Amazing platform for Outbound
What do you like best about the product?
Sourcing of new accounts and contacts has been much easier with Zoominfo. I have been using it frequently to source my outbound list. It integrates easily with my Salesloft hence transferring contacts has been simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account search can be more enhanced using key words
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps firms by providing more insights about a particular business, key contacts, new events etc

Most of the phone numbers I get are accurate, I feel like I can count on the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails I get are sometimes a best guess, which is fine, but not always efficient.

Getting phone numbers and emails.

How easy it is to access contacts and navigate.

Sometimes the contacts on ZoomInfo are outdated/ have wrong information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding multiple contacts to help find the decision maker helps save a lot of time and maximize prospecting.
Although not always accurate, it is to a sufficient degree to be a useful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can be incorporated into an existing CRM, allowing contacts to be exported directly. It's not always up-to-date in terms of accuracy of role, but it is correct often enough to be useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Australian user it would be handy to be able to filter contacts by state.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to identify staff in roles relevant to the product they we sell, and provides email and direct phone contact details. This allows me to market directly to an identified target when no contact details currently exist in our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Contact information is fairly accurate and as up-to-date as possible, especially cell phones and work emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chrome extension provides more contact information than just finding someone on salesOS. Granted, they share that it's less reliable information, but I would love for that same format to show up when searching someone on the actual site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have access to someone's profile or company bio, but no best contact information. With ZoomInfo, we have that information and there's a few good ways to find it. It's the best source of contact that we've been able to find.
Great platform for Business Development!
What do you like best about the product?
There is so much information literally available at your fingertips. I use the platform to source new prospects into my sales campaigns and I have never not been able to find what I'm looking for. I verify most of my propsects through the platform as well and use it just about every day. It works perfectly with LinkedIn and other apps that I use regularaly as well. Customer support is on point as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing I dislike. There have been a few issues here and there in terms of the platform functioning properly with certain things.. but overall I have always received the help I needed and had my issue fixed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve the problem of having to go out and find prospects using a million other search methods/tools. Everything is all in one place and it is a super easy platform to use. Not only that, but with the filters I don't have to go scrub every new contact to make sure they fit my campaign parameters.

ZoomInfo is a powerful tool for prospecting and finding new contacts in your target industry
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of ZoomInfo is the number of filters you can add to find very specific targets. The filters are pretty easy to use. There is a lot of data so you can usually find the company/contact you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be difficult to narrow down the "industry" filter since it seems somewhat broad or innacurate at times. I understand that this is how the companies are coded, but sometimes with very specific/niche industries there is no true good fit. I also wish it was a little easier to make and save lists on the fly to come back to later, rather than having to rely so heavily on the tagging feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have a robustly populated CRM so SalesOS is very helpful for finding new contacts/customers to export and start working as leads.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most about ZoomInfo SalesOS is how it povides accurate email ddresses of my prospects. My outreach results have increased compared to just using LinkedIn in the ast to find emails of my prospects. Also the new update which you can see the fire-like icon in the lead's email/phone will help indicate which contact would likely respond has helped a lot especially when the contact I wanted to reach out to does not have an email listed.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, there are a few tags which aren't helpful to me like the Buying committee, emplyee count, company revenue and even the industry type. Simply because my task does not involve these details.

It helped marketers like me to reach potential prospects by providing accurate contact details.
