Excellent Sales Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the intent feature, as it allows us to see which companies are currently searching for specific features. This helps us determine whether we should reach out to them. I also find the notifications about new companies added to my tag list very useful, as they keep me informed and up to date. Additionally, I like having the ability to message leads directly, with the messages already available in ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything about ZoomInfo is excellent! They are constantly updating and enhancing their platform, which I really appreciate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get the exact contact information of a person in any company we need to get in touch with. It helps us generate sales. We can also get leads that we can contact for our marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Able search and find leads in any industry. The ease of use to search by occupation titles within companies you're trying to target. The customer support is top notch as well. They are always there to asnwer any questions or issues that arise. The number of filters to seartch specific contacts is numerous.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contacts and contact information is not accurate. Seems to have 6 months - 1 year lag time in accurate data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding meaningful leads and providing me accurate information to have better conversations and interactions with potential customers.

Amazing access to Crucial Information

What do you like best about the product?
The simple usability of Zoominfo is the crucial differentiator for me. I get emails weekly from competitors and give everyone their due diligence where there's an attractive offer but truthfully they all fall miserably short in their integration, UX/UI, workflows, features and most notably... support. There just isn't anywhere else I see that's operating on the level of ZI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Credit System is sometimes hard to understand, the data push to engage needs some work. I tried it once hoping I could replace salesloft, etc... It just wasn't there yet but eager to try again soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps us quickly build territories, find leads for marketing and account targeting, track visitors to key pages from our domain and ultimatey find the right people to engage with when we've found a match.

Easy wayto find new customers or leads

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info has helped us find more potential customers and made it easy to find the right people and good companies.
Before Zoominfo software, I searched for people through social media platforms and websites. This type of process is very time-consuming. It's hard to find details also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to Now, I have not faced any issues with Zoom info. weekly twice we are using this zoom info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps to save time by searching for the right new customers and gathering the software or product companies' information. So easy to get or find the person's information, then I can easily contact the person.

98% accuracy, ease of use, Devin MacDonald's support is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the price per user. You could increase your sales ten fold with a minor adjustment.

Provides market intelligence and the right contacts to generate a solid pipeline of business.

Buyer intent insights were invaluable as it shows us where the org is in their buyer journey and how many people from an org are interested

Need better navigation across the tool for a first time user

Helpful in generating new leads for the organization
Advanced search options are given.
Email id and even contact numbers of higher officals are also available

Free trial is limited to 10-15 contacts
When it comes to plans, they are far expensive from its competitors

User-friendly interface for sales users who wants to generate new leads for their business. Given leads are productivity and more closable for the organisation as well.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has the most updated information around the company and contact intelligence. We can integrate multiple proprietary tools with ZoomInfo to derive actionable insights. Zoominfo platform is very easy to use and it is a user friendly version.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo should include a separate tab for email addresses and provide us multiple email addresses for the contacts. Intent functionality should consist of various functionalities around contact relevance, such as tier1, tier2, and tier 3. We can also expect some new addtions around scoops enhancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting more relevant contacts through ZoomInfo and reducing our churn of obsolete references. It is also helping us in building a solid pipeline of contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is gold for Direct lines number, intent signals, and scoops.

Creating the Warm Call

What do you like best about the product?
There is a vast difference between having all the data and having all the data organized in a useful way.

ZoomInfo's data is very accurate, and also has a scale to share with you how accurate they feel the contact information is that you are looking at.

From a sales perspective, it is great to have a National Library of Who's Who in every industry. However, it is really the tools that ZoomInfo provides along with this information that sets it apart.With ZoomInfo I can see what means of communication the prospective contact prefers, I can create lists that update automatically and I can break down leads into as fine of a layer as I need.

My two favorite features at this point are my saved "Intents" and saved "Searches" which I get weekly updates automatically emailed to me. The Intents feature helps focus my attention to the people that are talking about my product which is an amazing feature. My "Saved Searches" keeps me updated on new customers added into my territory, allowing me to reach out qualify them as a potential customer of mine.

Bonus, the support and the education tools ZoomInfo provides. I've learned a couple of ways to identify and create Warm Calls using the information I find and recieve via ZoomInfo that I had not thought about prior to doing a few Webinairs with the ZoomInfo team. They have a whole library of recorded Webinairs as well as a steady flow of live ones that users may attend.

I highly recommend ZoomInfo for any organization serious about growth!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a dislike so much as a fact that needs to be recognized. The learning curve can be a bit long depending on the users tech proficiency. The ZoomInfo Ecosystem is huge and learning to navigate it effectively takes practice.

I feel like if an organization subscribes to ZoomInfo, they should be sure to get all the training for their employees, don't just give out the licenses and tell your employees, "you have this great tool, now bring in a bunch of new customers."

Training is a must.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me identify the key decision makers and find the better way to connect with them than what I may find scrolling through thousands of LinkedIN profiles.
