Time -saving and informative
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organisation mapping of subsidiaries and also the 'who reports into who' function.
What do you dislike about the product?
In EMEA not every company has been covered yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving of sales teams time. Less time spent researching and more time spent with prospecting and outreach.
excellent platform for finding high quality leads!
What do you like best about the product?
The employee and company org structures are so helpful. My colleagues and I use it every single day to find relevant contacts in the relevant accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
the more advanced features - like subscriptions - are hard to find and use. The data for European accounts can also be better.

If you are doing outbound Account Based Sales, DiscoverOrg is THE platform you need!
Accurate Information and very user friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
The interesting part about dicover.org is that it has wonderfully designed option of creating filters, added to that their dedicated customer service is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few additional features would have been great, for example : I would want to know all the companies who are HQ'ed in the US and has a subsidiary in India

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is good. The data and the detail in information is useful. After the acquisition of RainKing, the database has implemented some features as RainKing which is good. The number and the type of contacts are also good to approach and good to start with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a option on downloading the Org chart alone as RainKing has.! Some other features as well like choosing the management level in the filter should also be included.
Scoops should have more specific and should be segregated as in RainKing.

Its great to give on time profiles which we can utilize on the go. Saves time.

Easy to go, search information and deploy it or use it. Gives a overview of the company in all ascepts. Serves the purpose and by its use, have kept the stakeholders happy.
Brilliant tool, especially for US audiences
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to find people on org charts. I love how quick the system operates and syncs (including for uploading contacts/companies to Salesforce and for exporting large lists). I love how it's one easy click to check a contact's LinkedIn profile. I love how when I see someone's data that needs fixing, I can click the little red spanner icon and within 24 hours, someone at DiscoverOrg has reached out to the person/company to check the accuracy of the data and then fixed it. It's a brilliant tool and I highly recommend it if your target audience is primarily the United States.

The only downside for us was that the bulk of the data was US-centric.

Speed at which we can identify contacts and companies - and their direct contact details.

What do you like best about the product?
It does the job. It's pretty reliant on getting leads for a company. It may not have all of the leads. But it is a great place to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every so often I come across a person that I don't have access too, even though I should. I hear its because my company needs to upgrade our plan but the person i find falls under our current plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its an easy way to find people from a company and cross check with their linkedin.
Excellent resource for attaining contact info on leads and companies
What do you like best about the product?
Provides a very good laypout of company organization and role placement. If you're searching on larger companies, there's usually more data provided to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very updated and very little info on small organazitions. Often find more find info on LinkdedIn and other sources. Occasionally there are companies that have shut down but are still listed.

Finding the right and updated contacts in organizations. Prospecting.

Overall a great tool for lead generation and prospecting.

DiscoverOrg makes prospecting less time consuming. It provides a good base of information to build upon.

There is still quite a bit of missing information and there have been times where the data was questionable. The plug in for chrome is a work in progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search and connect with prospects, as well as being able to keep track of new opportunities and scoops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information is off and they lack a handful of titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are easy; being able to prospect in a quick and simple way. The problems it is helping us solve: saving time. We're able to scale and prospect several accounts at once as well as set them up in a cadence.

Great product, good customer service, and if there is something you see missing, they'll work with you to get it handled.

the "scoops" and current technology platforms dont make much sense. I looked at my former employer and a lot of the information was wrong
