Straightforward sales prospecting tool

What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward interface and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searches could yeild better results at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts to prospect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it in addition to other prospecting tools. Many times ZoomInfo picks up where other prospecting tools leave off.

Great tool for researching organizations

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to quickly see the address, annual revenue and a link to the company website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The family tree isn't always available, the annual revenue has been off on select accounts and occasionally the company HQ has changed recently - but overall these are rare occurrences. I wish the ERP field was more consistent - it's a good starting point but I find this to be incorrect most times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Determining annual revenue, searching for new accounts in my territory. It loads very quickly and so I can be efficient hoping from account to account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for leads and companies, DiscoverOrg is a great tool.

They put their money where their mouth is

What do you like best about the product?
Support is amazing. When I get a bounced email and submit a request they reply within 24 hours almost every time. It's great. Also, the intelligence on each account helps with outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of recruiters in the database. It makes it difficult to do high volume for an extended period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of bad contacts. We quadrupled the number of meetings being set. Granted, we went from not have a database to having one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
How big is their database for the contacts you need? How many people are you going to contact in a day? Is firmographic/technographic/org chart data important to outreach? Does Discover provide the information most important to your messaging?

What do you like best about the product?
The auto-subscriptions are awesome and allow us quickly to react to new information when available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't build out lists for my team, which would be great to free up their time.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a fan of the organization charts for the various companies and the ease of use to find individuals in companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not all the information is accurate for the individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discoverorg is helping me find companies to reach out to for prospecting. It has helped me find companies that fit within our areas of expertise.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Discoverorg has a larger database of information than most other informational sites.

Great tool for prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to slice and dice data - they make it easy to search by technology, location, industry, company size, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes that data isnt 100% correct. That makes it a little hard but i have done some verification and i would say for searching by technology, it is about 85% correct, which is rather high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier for our inside sales team to find prospects. Also the ability to find new contacts if our current contact has left the organization is helpful.

Bad quality data for a premium !!

What do you like best about the product?
1) The dataset has more direct dials than most other data aggregators out there.
2) The datasets are divided between divisions, hence you can pick and choose what is right for you.
3) Dashboard filters are good
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Datasets are outdated. Especially the direct dials are not good (and this is discoverorg's biggest USP)
2) Search is not on domain but on the name of the business, hence it is very difficult to find the right account
3) Most of the org structures are very inaccurate, best is to leverage sales nav for this function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation and cold calling

What do you like best about the product?
The direct dials database is very strong compared to the rest of the market. I highly suggest ZoomInfo is this is what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information can be outdated. The old information usually stays within ZoomInfo if someone leaves a company. Emails can be hit or miss. I typically look on Linkedin for new prospecting triggers and other tools to find emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is great for cold calling during power hours.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of direct dial information you can get from using Zoom Info
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the emails bounce, but there is no silver bullet as far as things go in the space, so this isn't a deal breaker for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When doing outbound sales activity, ZoomInfo can greatly benefit getting in touch with the key prospects you target. Having direct dials not only increases the likelihood of a prospect to answer, but it reduces the time it takes to do a single touch so you don't have to go through a switchboard.
